Nice & easy to assemble! Highly recommend!
We already own the MegaKit large set and was on the lookout for any other connecting pieces. Found this one and waited until the right price came along. We received it today (8/26/24) and set up was super easy. Didn’t even need the clearly written and illustrated instructions. Purchased an extra square pillow to put on top. However, they learned from their earlier mistakes and there is no longer any exposed velcro on top. Overall, a nice attractive, solid built and easy to assemble cat furniture. Highly recommend it1!

The Very Favoritest Bed
I seem to have a small obsession with cat beds, since I have like, 7 of the suckers, but this one is by far their favorite. It doesn’t matter where it gets put in the house, they’re gonna be in it more than any other.Lightweight, easy to put together, and surprisingly sturdy. I was sure it was going to fall apart, given my tuxedo is a 17lb Maine Coon, and even though it’s a bit of a squeeze, he still curls up in this bed. It even managed to hold up when my Ragdoll was a kitten and would insist on curling up with the Coon in the hammock! And then there was the time it was a few feet away from the cat tree, and the Ragdoll would *jump* into it, making it rock up against the wall.They mostly like the top hammock part, but sometimes (usually if the other’s already claimed the top) curl up in the bottom. I’ve seen them bonk heads when both try to get into the hammock at the same time.I have had the Maine Coon send it tipping over when he jumped into it a bit too enthusiastically, but overall it’s very stable.The little dangly toy didn’t last long, but that’s minor. They adore this thing.

Cat approved! But top velcro is extremely annoying 🙁
One of my cats was already very interested as I was building it, the moment I had the bed set up she laid in it. The moment I put the hammock on she jumped up on top! Even passed out pretty fast! So I say that’s a good sign ♡I got this to replace the “jungle gym” one I got from walmart, it’s got a hole ontop and slowly been getting bigger and knew it was a matter of time before it rips. They love that one and in the past I would just get a replacement from Walmart but they don’t sell it anymore for some reason! Not online.. not in stores (seriously why!) So I happened upon this item and seemed the closet I can find.I liked that you can replace parts incase something rips. Although the hammock replacement in their store doesn’t look exactly look the same since it doesn’t have a moon toy but a ball? (Why??) Which is pretty disappointing but oh well.The moon might not last long anyway since the string looks like something my cats will chew through easily, but we will see!I’m also not particularly fond of the velcro on the top, seriously why is that there? Seems like it was for packaging purposes but even then seems completely unneeded. The other issue was a big unsightly tag that’s on the top? Again, why?? Had to cut it off but some of it remains, its just kind of annoying.Otherwise it seems sturdy, my kitty is pretty big and looks to be holding up fine! Wish I had a bigger space to add more parts, maybe in the future!EDIT:so first I do want to say my cats absolutely do love this and I am very happy about that!BUT the temptation to give this 1 star because of the top velcro is VERY strong. This is so insanely difficult to clean for no reason at all because of that dang velcro! I am able to use my cat hair removal tool for most of it where the velcro is not, like it comes off, is easy to clean… then you get to the velcro area… its impossible to clean the velcro itself and the area around it is also frustrating. Like why did y’all make this so needlessly difficult? Definitely would be a 5 star item without that top velcro!!

Great bed for kittens.
My 4 month old kittens love the bed. They fought over the hang down toy, I am sure it will be off the bed in a few days. I did have to put a blanket across the top to keep them from chewing on the velcro. This is definitely a “fun” bed. I doubt the kittens will sleep in it till the toy on the string comes off, because they won’t stop playing with it. We don’t have the whole city, so the bed is a little less sturdy that I would normally have for a kitten bed. When the run across the room (tile floor) and jump into it it moves several feet. Overall the kittens love it. The 17 year old cat took a nap in it with no issues, but she is a little old to be attacking the hang down moon toy.

Ehhh not so sure
It went together very easily. But as a stand alone item I’m not sure about this. There’s Velcro on the top that would absolutely be agitating to a cat. I planned to just put a blanket on top anyway so that wasn’t going to be a huge issue. But the “platform” does not seem very sturdy. My cat likes things she can trust to put her weight on and I see her hating that it has so much give. Also it slides around on my laminate floor like crazy, which she won’t like. I’m going to test it out but I’m not sure this really works on its own without the rest of the setup.Editing to add: okay so she at least really likes the bottom part! And I put an anti-slip mat I happened to have under it to prevent it from sliding around.

Kitties will love this condo!
My cats all love this kitty condo. The bottom is nicely padded. All three of my cats enjoy it. They even use the canopy on top as a hammock! It is well made and attractive and holds up well. It is impervious to cat claws. It’s also comfortable for play and sleep. The price was super low.

A Real Winner! My Cat Loves This Bed!
It was only yesterday that this cat bed was delivered but my cat loves it! She was trying to get into it even before it was completely assembled. I had to finish the assembly in another room. It was simple to put together. The componets are of a high quality, it is attractive and sturdy. Most important of all: The cat loves it. She is resting on it now as this is written. I plan on adding to it in the near future.

Al llegar la caja parecia muy pequeña pero al armar todo quedó de tamaño aceptable, y a mis gatunos les gusto mucho. La hamaca ha funcionado bien y sigue aguantando el preso pesado de mis mishus. Para mi sí cumplió las espectativas que le tenía, quizá solo sugeriría que la tela de la hamaca fuera un poquitín más gruesa.

Product is as described. It is very light weight and simple to put together. That being said, it will slide around easily on hardwood or linoleum. I got a rubber backed non looping carpet bath mat to put under, the longer carpet fivers help to keep it in place. It is surprisingly sturdy, and a great space saver for small living quarters. Also the fact that you can add on later is awesome, if you have the space or if you expand your fuzzy family:) the top hammock supports my 13 lb cat just fine, also I picked up on of those reversable crate mat/ cozy tunnels. It’s too small as a tunnel but I folded it in half fuzzy side up and set it on top of the hammock. Makes a nice addition.
