If I could give zero stars I would. These are NOT durable. Thankfully I only gave my pups 1. It was destroyed within minutes.I returned them both and found I received a PARTIAL refund ($15.85) once the seller, CountryMax Stores, received the items.Amazon’s email notification of ‘Refund on order’ is where I found CountryMax Stores charges a pretty large restocking fee! During the return process I was NEVER notified of a $13.50 Restocking fee! This was not noted in their return policy either.Very disappointed in this KONG product and the seller CountryMax Stores.
