Bought for my sisters small dog. Grace has a 16″ chest and wears a MEDIUM in the KOOLTAIL fleece dog sweater. My sister loves that the fleece sweater is easy to put on and fits Grace well plus it’s super soft, warm and cute. She says Grace wears it around the house and can go out on the enclosed porch. The medium fits a 14 lb pug with room to spare except in the neck area. ls soft and cozy but a little long in back. Not my favorite dog sweater I’ve bought on Amazon.

I have a problem buying some of these outfits for my dog. He has wire hair and he needs something on when it gets cold. Most of the time if I get it to fit the chest it’s too long or the legs are too long. I bought this and everything about it fits him perfectly. It’s to the exact measurements on the description.
