String is too fast
Wish there was a speed setting because the string is too fast. It WHIPS back and forth enough to scare me. Thankfully the string is soft enough that it doesn’t hurt. I can see a cat getting scared if the string gets whipped into its face. My cat preferred it more when the string stayed still longer and gave them time to pounce. To do this, I had to continuously press the on/off button. Defeats the point as it made this automatic toy into a manually one I had to control.

Cats Loved It But The String Broke
I have three cats who are difficult to entertain, and they all love this toy. They could play with it for at least an hour without getting bored. Unfortunately after about a week, the red string broke off. There is still a few inches of blue string, so they still play with it, but I wish the company offered replacement strings If they did I would definitely give this five stars because my cats love it.. For what I paid for it, the toy should not have broken so soon.

Favorite toy so far
He loves it. This is his favorite toy thus far. It took some trail and error to figure out what he likes most and I realized he likes toys involved with anything string like so I brought this and he really enjoys it. It automatically shuts off in 15 minutes unlike other toys that shut off and turn back on if the cat is trying to play, so that’s the only con but it’s really not that bad you just have to manually turn it back on

If I could I’d rate it 0 stars. I got the 1st one, wasn’t even in a box. It was just in a generic clear plastic bag wtf. I wouldn’t turn on at all. So I got a replacement. This one came in a unmarked box, with batteries this time. But go figure it also doesn’t function correctly. It will only work for a few seconds then it turns off. I’ll be returning this replacement also. Don’t buy.
