Out of the 25 or so toys in my dog’s box, this is the one he brings me to play with the most. It’s actually quite beautiful and I appreciate that it doesn’t have needless dyes in it. The tied ends can become undone during play, but you just tie another knot in the end and you’re good to go.

Our Picky Dog Loves This Toy!
After nearly 9 years, our senior rescue dog has only played with one rope toy the entire time we’ve had her. Expensive & fell apart within days
Literally less than a week and my 9lb Frenchie puppy demolished these. By day 2 the threads off one started to unravel. By day 4 all the strands off both were longer than before with the knots out. Next day the handle of one completely unraveled. Complete waste of money.

Puppy loves it but comes apart easily
I was excited to try these rope toys for our 13wk old puppy. so many other rope toys are stiff and the knots are big, which make it hard for a puppy to bite or chew. the dog LOVES to play with this which is awesome. its easy for her to chew, shake, run around with.unfortunately its already coming apart. the knots at the end of the strings were out on day 1. day 2, the knots at the end of the braid was undone. the braid/weave is starting to come undone since the knot holding it together is undone as well. i tried to redo it but it didn’t hold. we are on day 4. we will see how long it lasts. i held back the second toy to use later so i can only speak to the one having issues, but assume it will be the same. cute and great design, especially sized right for puppies but wish it had a longer lifespan.
