Best Lick Mats Ever
These lick mats are fantastic as they have many suction cups on the bottom of the mat to keep it in place so your dog isn’t pushing it all over the room. There are tiny nooks and crannies in the mats and it takes my dogs a long time to like the mat completely clean. Especially with peanut butter. You can also freeze to make last even longer. Great product, super durable, dishwasher safe.

UPDATE: I used a pair of scissors to (carefully) cut of most of the suction cups on the back and now they are much easier to pick up but also don’t slide around. Also, I’ve found dogs with short snoots & especially long, floofy or floppy ears prefer these over bowls.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I have two more of these that are more expensive and have deeper ridges that are great for peanut butter to keep dogs busy and tire them out. Love them. The grooves/pattern on these are much more shallow and not really a challenge, *but* I’ve discovered that they work great as a slow feeder, especially for wet dog food.A couple of the small dogs I sit want to be hand or spoon fed because they are weird about bowls. (See pic 3 for what that mess looks like!) This solved the problem with the small pom I was recently sitting–and her floofy bib didn’t get as messy. And these are WAY easier to clean off than the ones with the deeper grooves.The little brush isn’t necessary, but I love the little spatula for smashing the food in there, which is what slows down the feeding and encourages more licking. The only minor thing would is that the suction cups are ridiculously strong! If you are using them to stick to a wall that would be great. I just put them on a textured mat so I can pick them up without a struggle.TL;DR spend more if you want a challenging licki-mat, get these for slow feeding, especially for picky little dogs.

Easy fir oups to use
Apparently my grand pup does not care much for peanut butter. So will be trying something else on May. But I love the suction cups on the bottom. Pup could lick without mat moving. Fairly easy to clean. And that spatula that comes with it? Love it and have moved to my kitchen drawer!

Perfect to keep my pup busy. He’s only 5 months and has that crazy pup energy this will keep him busy for a while. It’s a perfect size not too big not too small.Very well made, sticks on the tub and I like the different patterns one is even little bones so cute. Come with a brush to clean the mat after which is little bit annoying since there’s and lot of little crevices but the brush helps a lot.Come with a cute blue one too. Can’t wait to use it durning his baths.Come with everything you need minus the peanut butter.

Great entertainment for your pup
These are absolutely fantastic to have on hand to keep your dog busy! The possibilities are endless what you can use on the Matt and it is sure to be a hit with your furry loved one. I am so glad I purchased these! They have suction cups on the bottom that are great for sticking to the floor and not having to worry about it moving all over the kitchen.

Good but not durable
These are so easy to spread food and take a while for my 16lb puppies to lick and are easy to clean but my puppy chewed right through it so I wish they were more durable.

I have bought other lick mats on Amazon which my 7 month Labradoodle pups have loved since I got them at 9 weeks, but unfortunately one pup has started chewing his mat when left with the mats when I go out. I was surprised when these replacements arrived. They are about half the depth of my other ones – very little depth to spread the treats in and very little anxiety relief action on their tongues. I wouldn’t buy them again.I’ll go and look for the deeper ones and keep these for when I wan to give very limited quantities, and see how we go! They may end up in the bin 😢
