Hi everyone, I’m Christine, founder of Low Rider. With nearly a decade in retail, I’ve spent the last seven years focused on pet care.
In 2022, after adopting my Corgi, Ham, I was inspired to create Low Rider to offer high-quality, affordable products for small and medium dogs. Excited to share our journey with you and your furry friends!

Meet Ham, born March 17th, 2022. As Low Rider’s Chief Cuteness Officer, he’s the inspiration behind the brand. A social butterfly, Ham loves greeting new friends with his signature “Ham Roll” and plenty of kisses.

I absolutely love this Lowrider Puffer Coat for my dog! It’s incredibly well-made and truly delivers on all its promises. The coat keeps my pup warm, dry, and comfortable even in the coldest and wettest weather. The waterproof and windproof material is perfect for rainy or snowy walks, and the cotton insulation ensures my dog stays cozy no matter how chilly it gets.I also appreciate the thoughtful design—it’s so easy to put on and adjust for the perfect fit. The adjustable neck and back straps, along with the elastic smocking on the stomach, make it fit snugly without restricting movement. This is my 1st 5 star rating out of my 100’s of reviews. I can’t say enough about this coat.It is tested (by me) and it is completely waterproof, even when in a downpour. I like the color and really like the feel of the material. It is fully adjustable and will fit various sizes and builds. It’s lightweight and so easy to put on. My dog seemed very comfortable, without any tight / restricted areas (the adjustments).It has a really neat waterproof zipper. ( I’ve never seen this type of zipper) for attaching a lead to a harness.I really appreciate the Velcro rather then snaps as I find I can never snap the correct 2 snaps together, leaving both ends uneven.I have tried many coats and this is one by far superior then all others I have tried. Also it has a reflective stripe going down each side for better nighttime visibility.It’s definitely a great value, at a great price. I highly recommend one for everybody’s dog.

Adorable warm puffer coat for your fur baby!!!
This coat is soooo cute! It’s very well made and fits perfectly. I got a size medium for my 15 lb dog and it fits her just right. It’s very easy to put on and has a slot on the back for a leash to reach the collar or harness. It seems to be very warm and protective…perfect for cold, windy days

Nice jacket
It’s really nice jacket. It feels comfortable and the material is strong and water resistant while also being warm in the inside. The colors it pretty. It is a little smaller than expected. My dog is usually a Small, it fit him a little short.

I am really impressed! The quality is much better than I expected. I’m glad I ordered a medium instead of a small. I have a miniature Chihuahua, and I initially thought the medium would be too big, but I figured I could always put her sweater on underneath. It’s better for it to be slightly too big than too small.She looks adorable in it! When we went outside, it was a little windy, so I got to see how warm it kept her. However, she was a bit hesitant to pee because she isn’t used to having something snug against her stomach like that. I know that after wearing it a few more times, she will become more comfortable.One of the great features is the drawstrings on the neck and rear end, which allow for easy adjustments. My only wish is that it had a loop like a vest for added convenience.

Warm and Waterproof! Plus very cute!!
Went down the rabbit hole of waterproof and warm jackets for my two pups. Super happy!! Perfect for winter walks and drizzly cold PNW rain. Love the adjustable tabs for the neck and the hind quarters as well. Very well made!

Good Coat – Wrong Size
This extra small was VERY small and it didn’t fit my chihuahua or my naked cat. The arm holes are almost too close together in the XS and with it velcroed up it was uncomfortable. Little disappointing as there’s a chihuahua in the picture wearing the XS. It isn’t really stretchy either which doesn’t aid the sizing issue. Other than size, I think for thirty dollars this is a decent coat. The length is good and the quality of the material is also high. It feels like it would be very warm for my dogs. I also wish it was a little more reflective since being all black it can be a bit hard to see in the dark. I think this is a great dog coat just didn’t fit my animals.
