The screws
The screws are very weak and do not trigger the wall anchors 😭 My husband is very very handy so its not us haha . Be prepared to go buy new screws 5 stars if they worked ! My cats love

Where are the instructions, and screws are trash!
The actual hammock and steps is decent; however, the screws for the wall are not good at all. They dont tighten up at all. I had to purchase some good anchors from Ace in order to put it on the wall. Waste of money. Instructions not included. Figure it out pretty much.
