My cat loves it, but…
So the thing is cute and my cat loves it. Kitty loved it so much one of the brushy parts broke. I picked it up to look at it and the other part broke off easily. Husband managed to cobble it back together with some stuff he had on hand. It’s fine now. Pair with Cat Crack catnip for some extra fun.

Cute Tree
It’s overall a cute tree and pretty sturdy but I had a hard time screwing one area together and couldn’t figure it out. The instructions could be a bit more clear.

Our two smaller size cats love this item
Our two smaller size cats love jumping and laying on this Large size cat condo. They spend hours just relaxing on it. We had smaller size cat condos in the past and our cats got easily bored with them. But with this larger size one, they look as happy as though they had conquered a mountain. Wouldn’t change anything about it. Thanks for a great item for our smaller size cats.

Very cute but cheaply made
This is extremely cute and pretty easy to put together, but even turning the base back over broke the tiny screws right out of the cheap pressed or plywood board, so we had to repair it before it was even fully assembled. Then the scratching archway can’t be connected in a sturdy way; we were constantly putting it back on until somehow the force of 10lb cats actually snapped the base and we had to put felt over the connections that protruded from the base to protect the cats and our own feet. As much as our cats loved climbing up to attack the plush top, it took no time at all for the rope to unravel, but despite our best efforts to continuously repair it, we ended up removing more rope than we could put back. So when less than half of the rope was left and half the base was gone after our patches were broken again, so ended the safe of the cactus that lasted less than a year.

Less than a week after xmas and it broke
My cat really loved this at first, but only after a week of him rubbing himself on the wirebrush scratcher it snapped off at the base on both sides. They def knew about this because it came with one replacement peg, but not enough to fix both, also less than a week? really?Also this was a pain to assemble, the brackets underneath are not flush due to the cloth wrapping bulging underneath, so once tightened it pulls the 2 halves apart and downward. Two of the six holes where the screws for the brackets went weren’t even pre drilled and we had to set them with a powerdrill. Overall the idea of this product was great, the height was right, and the post was sturdy, but the cheapness of the overall design was so incredibly poor i cannot recommend this to anyone in good faith. DO NOT BUY.

Have had the item for less than a month and a screw that holds the brush loop in place has broken in the plastic casing.Now neef to see if I can return it as didn’t keep packaging.

The old post finally got worn out so this is a replacement one. I really like the grooming brush. My cat loves it and uses it a lot. It is a favourite.

Looks super cute but not sturdy
