Usually terrified to cut my dog’s nails
I bought these based on others’ reviews. I’m so glad that I did! I cut all her nails in under 5 minutes and didn’t cause her any pain! Very easy to use and super sharp.

So excited!!
I never write reviews, but with these I had to. My female German Shepherd refuses to allow me to cut her nails. Normally it takes several people to hold her and one to cut her nail. With these she allowed me to cut them and sat still for all 4 feet. They are so sharp that they cut like a hot knife through butter. I will be buying extras to have just in case these break or get lost. They are wonderful!!!

So close to a 5 Star product
First of all, they look like junk when you first hold them, especially if you’ve tried other cutters with nice plastic grips. BUT!!! They cut many times better than any dog nail cutters I’ve ever tried. Even dogs that are normally stressed by nail cutting tolerate the process so much better. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 Stars is the fact that the rubber grips slide off while using them. To say this is annoying is an understatement. Such a simple thing that could be fixed with a drop of glue. So I will take care of it myself. To be clear if I didn’t already buy a 2 pack, I would order another pair knowing what I know. But come on, a drop of glue and this goes from a 4-star to a 5+ star product.

Sharp
We love these ones at the shop, they’re super sharp and lightweight and don’t take off too much, you have lots of control with how much nail you’re clipping.

Sharp & easy to use
This is a lightweight choice to cut your pet’s nails. They arrive nice & sharp. If they become dull, I just buy a new pair because they are a great price. I generally keep a couple in the house at all times in areas where I can just grab them and do a couple nails here & there so none of the dogs need to get nervous or stressed.

Amazeballs – Don’t bother with any other clippers
Only clippers I will use from now to forever. I have been clipping dog nails for years with trimmers, including guillotine-type, and I don’t do it often because I HATE it. I was at an event for a dog rescue that I volunteer for and someone asked if I could help/was good at clipping dogs nails. I reluctantly agreed, and they handed me these Millers Forge clippers. Boom, done in 2 minutes instead of the 10+ it usually takes me to #1 get the clippers in the right place I want to cut, and then #2, 3, 4, nip a little, ok, little more, maybe one bit more… As soon as I got home I bought these clippers. FYI – They are smaller and lighter than they look online (to me). I will never use anything else, including the not-so-silent grinder that has a head so soft it doesn’t even rough up the skin if held against it, no mark/scuffing whatsoever.

Best nail clippers
Gets the job done. They are a much smoother cut than other brands.

Not the best
The guard that is suppose to keep you from cutting to much nail did not work and moves easily when trying to use them.
