Not as advertised
This product, essentially thin material with a plastic backing, doesn’t seem to offer any heat retention or protection for an animal from a cold floor. I personally tested it by sitting on it for over 30 minutes and found no significant difference in warmth compared to sitting on a towel. In my opinion, it’s not worth the investment.

She welcomes this mat as overnight temps drop towards late fall and winter. Too much for summer. I buy several and replace when soiled. Never tried to launder so can’t say.Highly recommend this to my friends and family.

Disappointed in this product. I bought it for a senior cat with arthritis but I’m not sure it actually helps him.

Makes loud crinkling noises
Have a 13 yr old dog and thought this would help with his joint pain. As soon as he stepped on it, it made this awful noise and he would not have anything to do with it. So I put it under his bed thinking it would help without that noise but I can’t feel any difference. Waste of money for our use.
