Fostering and rescuing 3 kittens from under a house in winter came with a lot of cuteness and a lot of smelly poop and pee! I had to find a solution to keep the stink down and this product was a great addition to my litter box arsenal. I used this product, boxiecat litter and Coir Wonder Litter Deodorant charcoal it changed our lives!! The kittens did have diarrhoea well 2 did and so it was pretty stinky. I firmed their stools up with Diggin’ Firm up Pumpkin powder (all on Amazon) mixed into their food. This firmed up their stools, then the charcoal and Nonscents helped alleviate the smell. I mean almost non existent!! We are thrilled it worked. I have no complaints. Doesn’t track, killed the smell and kittens were fine with it. I used it as directed so it will last a long time. We have 5 litter boxes and you wouldn’t know it! Walking into the house now is stink free! Buy this.. it’s brilliant! Slight chlorine smell but very mild.

I kind of even hate to leave this review, but will in case it’s part of a pattern.Shortly (a few days) after I started using this, my cat got pretty ill. The vet didn’t know the origin of the illness, but he’s better now. To be on the safe side, I’m no longer using this-just in case its use was related. If not related, I’m sorry to put that out here.

This product works fantastic and so quickly. I used it in a tray for a auto litter box, as well as a traditional litter box and odors are eliminated.

How much are you supposed to use?? Who tf knows because there are ZERO instructions. Does it work? Maybe? I’m not sure because I may have used too much or too little.I’m giving it 3 stars because I have 3 litter boxes so 1 star for each litter box. Litter box #1 is a large multicat sized box that is enclosed and I can still smell when they poop in there but the smell does dissipate quickly. Litter box #2 is a slightly smaller box that is located in a main area of the house and when they poop in there, I smell chlorine which I think I used too much in that one. Litter box #3 is in my game room and they really only use it at night when I’m sleeping so I can only judge that one by the fact that I’m not smelling anything until I actually scoop it in the mornings.I use Arm & Hammer Naturals litter and I can’t see any change in clumping quality, which is good because this stuff isn’t interfering with that process. I don’t think it extends the litter life because I top off weekly and monthly I clean litter boxes and change the litter and with this stuff I had to remain on schedule.

Strong smell of chlorine
I got this because it was cheaper than Pooph Litterizer. It is nothing like Pooph Litterizer. When putting it in the litter box it smelled so strongly of chlorine we were worried about the health of ourselves and our cats. Every time the cats used it, the strong smell, with burning eyes and noses, returned. We finally threw away the entire litter box full of litter (box and all) to get rid of the noxious odor. Do not recommend!

I picked this up on a whim, but didn’t really expect it to be helpful, but I was pleasantly surprised. You only need a VERY small shake of this in the litter box to help keep them fresh, and the cats have not seemed to mind much. There is a slight chlorine smell to it (so again, you don’t need much) but it’s a lot more pleasant than the cat-derived alternative scent. The combo pack I bought a while ago has lasted a long time, but I’ll definitely get more when I run out.

It’s not magic: there are still a bit of odour. But the urine smell is FAR less than before. It says to sprinkle it on TOP of the littler, but it does have a very slight chlorine smell (and I’m chemically sensitive and I wonder if it might bother the cat) so I sprinkle it on top after sifting, and then mix it in to the used litter before topping up with clean litter. VERY HAPPY!! I’m sparing with it and it lasts me a lot longer than a month per container. But after many months of use I’m buying 2 more containers. We have to have the litter box in a closet right inside the front door, but I don’t smell the litter when I walk into the house. Awesome product!
