love it, cats love it
This is really a great window cat bed, and I love that it comes with a toy that also connects to the window. My cats were immediately curious the second that I stuck it on our slider and that made me really happy. It is easy to put together, although you can’t really do it mindlessly you do need to be mindful as you do it if you wanna get it done quickly and not have to take the bed back off if you put it upside down for example. It’s really soft, and I like that the bed was shrink wrapped in a sealed bag. If you look at the thinner sealed side, there is a notch on both edges and you can tear that easily so you don’t even need scissors or anything to put this together. Super easy. I also super super appreciate that the suction cups were shipped in their own cardboard wrap so that the cup didn’t get to formed and I didn’t have to spend a ton of time with boiling water and to be able to mold it flat against a window. I was able to stick it directly on. I feel like that was a pretty big upgrade honestly because that is one of the most frustrating things when you are putting together a cat window bed with selection cups. I’m not sure what this extra little bedding piece is, I think I’m going to use it in my cat carrier since it’s got a silicone underside so it feels a lot like my washable pads that I use for the carriers already to collect any moisture, etc. So this is a nice little addition for pets that might have a little bit of issue with leaking. Or drooling. I think a small dog would enjoy this window purchase well honestly the other thing that’s really unique about this is in addition to the window toy with the two balls on a track, it also comes with a feather stick with bells, which can also keep your cat entertained. My cats absolutely love feathers on a stick. So I love how this is a really engaging and practical item and all for the cost of a typical standard window perch. This is definitely my favorite one that we have ever gotten.

Bed is Great. My Cats Don’t Like the Ball Toy.
Upon arrival my first impression is this has a lot of assembly instructions. A whole page in fact. But after I got going it wasn’t as bad as it looked and took maybe 10 minutes to cobble together.I’d like to say something about the feather toy that’s installed on the back left side of the bed. The vendor supplies a long bolt on which the spring of the toy is supposed to be seated on. I consider that long bolt a poking hazard and instead opted to thread the spring directly into the hole the bolt was supposed to go into. I’ve attached a picture to show what I’m talking about.Aside from the feather toy this comes with a separate ball rack which my cats couldn’t care less about. If a cat loves to chase balls in an enclosed space then maybe they’d like this. Mine don’t.I have this installed in an older house with single pane windows. I’ve had it up for a couple of weeks without any issues whatsoever. It has not detached even once. Seems very sturdy and even though my windows are single pane I’m not worried about them breaking. My largest cat is around 12 pounds and has no problems fitting into the bed and seems to really like it.I’m not sure what the supplied pad is for. As can be seen in the picture it doesn’t match the contour of the bed. Mine immediately went in the trash.Most cats love to be at a height advantage and be in the sun. This will give them a lot of what they love and they are certain to enjoy it.

Sturdy with lots of extras!
This cat window perch was a gift (for my cat). He’s a big boy so we needed something nice and sturdy. The suction cups are particularly large, and extremely well secured to frame.I was also pleased to see some of the clearest assembly instructions I have ever seen with a product like this. One sentence per step, with a photo for every step of the process. I was a little worried at first, since it was more parts than I was expecting, but it was quick and easy to put together. It even came with a halfway decent screwdriver!The suction cups were carefully packed in cardboard frames to prevent warping, so I didn’t even need to worry about the hot water bath step (but definitely do this if you see your suction cups are warped).Unfortunately, my guy seems to have no interest in the separate toy part that attached to the window. He’s orange and simply doesn’t understand it, but I think the jingly balls by themselves will be fun for him.The only negative is the placement of the feather toy makes it impossible to fold up the bed. We weren’t really planning on using the folding function anyway, so it’s not a problem for us.For the price, you get not only a solid window perch but a couple of nice little extras. It seems much more resilient than the previous window perch we bought, where the suction cups seemed to pop off every few months. Time will tell if the suction is long lasting but it seems to be holding up for my 13 lb cat just fine.

Great Bed, Kitty has a few things to say. . . .
My sweet Chloe is pregnant with her first litter. This is what she has to say about the bed: “This is a great bed, I would sleep her again!” She’s happily purring and seems to be at ease more than I’ve seen in the past month or so. Just make sure you wash the window well, and use water for the suction cups, because they are well sized but need to be properly installed. There are great assembly directions and pictures that came with this, and it will be used for a long time! My kids put this together with ease and they are joyfully watching Chloe in her new bed.

My Cats Love it!
This is a little annoying to put together because you have to stretch the fabric over the frame and zip it at the same time, but it’s worth it. It took my cats a little to warm up to the bed, but now they love it, there’s always a cat in it when I get home from work! I haven’t seen any of them bother with the ball track or the feather toy though. My only tiny complaint is that the front will roll down when they jump in, but it doesn’t seem to bother them at all.

The Good:-Easy to assemble-Comes with a toy you can put on the window to entice them up there (if your cat doesn’t normally like a window perch)-Holds up a pretty thiccc fatty-pocatty (14lbs)-Cats love the window seat-Doesn’t take up floor space like a condo does-Nice material and super comfy for the catsAt the time of this review, this cat window bed was $39.99 and I feel like that’s a fair ask.

I can’t do it. I can’t trust a cat bed on suction cups! Even with really heavy duty ones, I’ve used things like that in the bathroom for shelves- they always fail eventually! I can’t do that to the cats, or my nerves!But, the bed itself looks good and will be fixed to the wall instead in a cat shelf super-highway area.The feather toy got lots of interest as did the jiggle balls in the toy- they want the balls loose on the floor though! Not trapped!The quality of this looks good and it will be great fixed properly to the wall. There’s some assembly required.I’m sure my two boys will fight over who gets to sleep in it!

This is designed to be attached to glass surfaces or appliances and comes with very large (palm-sized) suction pads that appear to be up to the job of holding the bed and a cat (or cats). It needs to be assembled and that’s a bit tricky, but it went together in the end. However, despite my cat being a sun worshiper and enjoying laying out on anything near the window, this has remained unloved. Not the fault of the bed, which looks well made, but cats can be fickle.

Pretty badly made. Let me start off by saying the suction cups are great. They are massive and stick really well to a clean window, my big cats have no trouble with it at all.The main issue is the bed itself, it does not fully fit on the rail. I can only get it past the first bar and then when I zip it up my cat sinks in the middle. I tried to get it all the way past the 2nd bar but the zipper broke. I then just cut holes in the mesh and zip tied it to the 2nd bar and it holds perfectly fine and my cats don’t sink in the middle anymore.It’s almost a great product, too bad the bed setup is badly designed. Toy is also meh, cats don’t care much about it and it’s awkward to use at a window.
