   Works, but scares kitties
   We have two cats and three dogs who do a LOT of shedding, so I got this steam grooming glove to help tame some of the flyaway fur, especially this time of year as they shed their winter coats.The glove itself appears well made and is a good size to fit most people. The silicone “teeth” are good for smoothing fur and catching loose hairs, but don’t expect them to give a deep, detangling brush for long or dense coats. This is really mostly for deshedding. I love that the sprayer is detachable and rechargeable. It is very easy to use, and sprays very well. I did find that adding steam/water dramatically improved how much hair I collected from my pets.On the flip side, our cats were TERRIFIED of this. They generally like being brushed, but HATED being sprayed and would not tolerate it, so we weren’t able to do much deshedding of our cats. Tolerant cats and calm dogs are probably the ideal candidates for this grooming glove. I would not recommend it for pets who are very skittish, despise water, or have been trained using a spray bottle deterrent, as it might make them feel like they’re being punished. My two Alaskan Klee Kai dogs don’t love it, but then again they don’t love any brush, and they put up with this enough to let me thin out the worst of their shed hairs.

   BEST GROOMING TOOL EVER
   i cannot rave enough about how amazing this Pet Hair Remover Glove by OneNine is!!! i was a bit skeptical as the fingers are kinda short and it isn’t stretchable since the silicone is connected to the whole glove. but that honestly was forgotten once i started using the glove. note: the spray dispenses a lot of water, so my cat got soaked pretty fast. in comparison to some other sprays, it was a finer stream on those, this one my cats fur was visibly wet within 10 seconds tops. but i think it’s important you DO make sure the cat/ dog is wet as it helps pull out the loose fur with the silicone resistance. i got so much loose fur while grooming, i almost thought i was ripping fur out. but my cat enjoyed it and was rubbing up on the wall next to us at the same time (which cats do when they are enjoying something, kinda like their version of a dog’s leg shaking on “their spot”) in a fraction of the time compared to when i use a different brush, i brushed his whole body and accumulated much more fur. it’s so much easier to trace along the nooks and crannies of his legs, neck, and just a swoop from head to tail. would recommend this for anyone and everyone. (granted, my cat loves to be brushed, so if your pet DOESNT… your experience may still vary)
