   Comfy dog bed!
   I’ve never seen a dog bed come in two pieces like this before. The bolster pillow is attached to a very thin base material, and then the crate mat sits inside that. It might be much easier to wash that way. I also like that I can use it as just a crate mat, if needed. The bolster piece is pretty high which is good for our boys. They usually end up curled up together in the same bed, so the higher bolster might keep them from falling out of the bed! The memory foam material seems to be similar in quality to the dog beds we’ve purchased previously.

   Nice bed for my dog!
   I got this to replace the bed inside my dogs crate that she recently destroyed. She put a little hole in it and turned it into a bigger one, prior to ripping out the stuffing through the hole, a little bit at a time. Before there was nothing left, I decided I should replace it rather than trying to repair it. It had served it’s purpose for many years and it was time to get a new one. This one was nearly perfect in size for her crate and looked like a good one, so I ordered it.I’m honestly glad I did. It’s not perfect, something I will touch upon later, but it is pretty close. I debated giving it 5-stars but ultimately went with 4. It’s nice and thick, providing a lot more cushion than her previous bed did. It also puffed up a lot quicker than I anticipated or the directions implied. I like that you can adjust the top part by pulling the strings, however, that’s where the problem is.When you pull the strings, no matter how you do it, can only tighten one side of the bed. This gives it an asymmetrical look, almost as if the strings on that side broke and no longer served their purpose. That’s not the case, however, as everything seems to be intact. That’s just how it was designed/put together. I don’t know if I received a lemon, and honestly it doesn’t effect me as much since you can’t even really see it inside her crate. That’s why I only took off one star. That, and also because of the length of the ties when you pull it tight. They are so long and there really isn’t a good place to put them other then hiding them under the center cushion.I like that it is washable and all you have to do is unzip it and take the covers off. The fabric is nice and thick, makes me believe in it’s durability. It’s a lot better quality than her previous bed, but it’s also a higher price. You get what you pay for!

   Bilypaws Orthopedic Chew-Resistant Dog Bed
   I needed another bed for my dog while we’re going to be away from home for the summer. But he likes this new bed so much that I’m going to need to ship it home! It’s made for larger breed dogs, but I have a beagle who likes to sleep on his back (like a certain beloved cartoon character). It’s a great size at 35″ L x 28″ W x 6″ Thick. It has chew-resistant side canvas bolstered pillowcase and an egg-crate foam for maximum comfort and support for your fur best friend. You can take the cover off to wash it in the washing machine if needed. Hopefully he won’t do anything to it but I like knowing how easy cleaning it would be. My dog loves the lower front and higher back because he’s my “Velcro dog” who has to have his eyes on me at all times. He could be sound asleep but if I leave the room, he’ll get up to follow me. He’s such a sweetheart so I don’t skimp on him when I get him comfortable beds or good toys. I don’t skimp on quality for my guy because he deserves to have the best in life. This bed is definitely one of the better made beds that I’ve seen. To know he can curl up or lay flat, I know that his body will be cradled and no parts of his body will ever be on the floor due to a flattened inner foam. This egg crate foam is built to last and keep him in his best possible condition. Orthopedic beds shouldn’t be just for humans! Treat your pet with this bed. It’s not only for him, but for you to keep him in your life longer. They’re not with us long enough so always make sure they have the best care. He has been sleeping so soundly in this bed that I can see his checks flapping and his snores are loud and happy. It has extra support for his head and neck, which makes me feel great. He’s destroyed many beds by laying on one side too many times and the foam just disintegrated. That’s not going to happen again with this bed because they studied the habits of a dog, how they sleep and how to reinforce the sides for maximum comfort and stability. It makes me incredibly happy to SEE him so happy and comfortable and to KNOW that he’s truly comfortable with this well made bed. Even though we’re in a hot climate at home, this bed has a reversible cushion with plush faux fur on one side for comfort and anxiety relief while a cooling fabric on the other side for regulating temperature, catering to your his needs for all seasons: cool, hot and scorching hot! My dog is happy? That means I am happy! He’s been going into his new bed rather than laying next to me and he’s never done that before. I just love to stare at him while he’s having a great nap.

   Faulty Product and Advertising
   This is advertised as chew resistant, BS! Just lightly tugging at these stupid draw strings, one just broke in my hands. What the hell do you think our dog is going to do with this and she loves to chew on anything that presents itself like this. Poorly designed, shawdy materials, misrepresented advertising, just plain bad. I’m very angry and highly disappointed in the fact we spent almost $40 on a piece of crap like this. We’re getting a refund and will avoid this company’s products, completely!
