Sellers: Please help with puppy’s new bed?
I ordered one of these XL beds for my aging Cane Corse/Black Lab service dog. I was thrilled with it and my dog loves it, so I bought two more because I just rescued a 11 week old puppy (Grate Dane/German Shepherded/Black Lab, aaand some kind of Hound) so my boy can help me train him to fill his shoes one day. The first one I opened had the same great quality, but the second one I opened clearly had damage on the bottom of the foam pad before it even fully decompressed. I checked out Amazon’s Damaged/Return option which states “return in the original packaging”… and if someone took a video of me trying to squish and squeeze the foam pad back into the little box, I’d go viral in a heartbeat, LOL! The waterproof covers are durable and awesome, but I was wondering if there’s any way I can get a foam pad to replace the one that’s damaged? It would turn my frown upside-down, change my review to 5 stars and I’d promote the heck out of this product.

Best Dog Bed Ever
Best bed ever!! This bed is just totally awesome. Our dog had an accident and I figured the foam was going to smell and I would never get the odor out. To my surprise, the covering of this bed has like a vinyl cloth to it, even the side that looks plush. Just unzipped the cover, threw it in the wash and it came out good as new. While the cover doesn’t say whether to dry it in the drier or not, I put it in the dryer thinking I would only leave it in there for about 10 minutes, just long enough the get some of the water off. Well, I forgot it was in there and ended up drying it for 55 minutes. When I took it out, it hadn’t shrunk or anything. Look brand new. Put it back on the foam and the rest is history!! Great bed and my dog loves it!!

Excellent Quality and Durability!
He loved is… Needed the waterproof as our guy is a little older and does have an accident on occasion. This happened pretty quickly (Like 3 days after getting this) and with the groove in the top and way the fabric is set up, it held the fluid in place.Very easy to wash/dry, just tend to throw the dog stuff in a their own wash/load. Machine washable. DId not shrink nor did it rip/tear which the old one he had (Different brand) the zipper tore off in the wash.This also comes packed in a really small box overall, they more or less shrink the foam mattress in the same way they do People Mattresses today, so when I got the box, it looked like I ordered a Coffee Tumbler; that’s how small it was.Plus, this company sells replacement covers, which in most cases is what we need and was a definite plus in my decision.

Cover wasn’t even sewn about 1/4 way down side
Probably would’ve been a good bed; however, it arrived and the cover wasn’t even sewn about 1/4 way down the side. Now I have to send back and “pack” it after it was vacuum shipped. Ugh! Further, I reached out to the seller and after sending them my order number as they requested twice, they can’t find that order number…..So seller’s customer service also wasn’t good. I finally got my money back and Amazon refunded me the money spent to ship it back. This was about a 3 day process and 30+ mins dealing with Amazon customer service also.

A un inicio pensé que el material de relleno de la base (hule espuma) era muy simple, sin embargo es rígido y soporta a mi mascota que es un perro mediano y pesa 26 kilos. el material del foro se ve de buena calidad y duradero.
