Must Have for Camping
I am new to RV life with a dog and was frustrated with trying to keep dirt and mud out of my camper. It is impossible! This elevated dog bed is the perfect solution to keep a pet bed clean and dry in any situation. It also definately helps keep my dog cleaner because she is not laying in the dirt and ground, where she would be exposed to ants and ticks. After using it once on a rainy day, it just makes sense. Setup is a snap and it stores as easily as a camp chair. Highly recommend for any pet that enjoys the outdoors.

Quick to setup and tear down!
My dog didn’t like it 😔. That’s not a knock on the product. It’s designed very well with good materials. It is super easy to set up and even comes with a blanket that snaps in as well. It’s just as easy to fold back up too.

The best elevated dog bed
As someone who travels a lot in my motor coach I am limited on space while traveling so having a good elevated dog bed that folds away and stores nicely while on the road is a huge plus. This bed folds up as small as our camping chairs and is very sizable when unfolded. My pup LOVES this bed and it comes with a nice cover/blanket to make it cozier. The square design/shape is really nice making it comfortable no matter which direction my pup is laying.

great for outside as opposed to the dirt id have to bathe off later 🙂
i got this elevated dog bed a couple of weeks ago for my two boys, banks and forrest. banks is 12, and he’s all about finding a comfortable spot to nap, while forrest, at 6, is more about hopping on and off anything in his path. i thought this bed would give them a spot to relax, especially when they’re outside.setting it up was quick and easy. i had it ready in about 10 minutes. the frame felt sturdy, so i called banks over to check it out first. he gave it a sniff, walked in a couple of circles like he always does, then finally stretched out like he owned the thing. forrest wasn’t far behind, jumping on it like he was testing a trampoline. it handled both of them together without any trouble, which was a relief because they’re not exactly lightweight.banks seems to like it for staying off the grass when it’s wet or avoiding the heat from the deck when the sun’s out. forrest treats it more like a jungle gym, climbing on and off whenever he feels like it. the fabric is stretched tight but has just enough give to keep them both comfortable.cleaning it hasn’t been an issue. they’ve dragged dirt onto it a few times, but a quick wipe with a damp cloth takes care of it. after a rain, the fabric dries fast, which is a plus since i don’t always remember to move it inside.the only minor hassle is moving it through doorways. the frame’s size makes it awkward to shift around, and i’ve scraped a wall or two in the process. it’s not enough to be a problem, just something to know if you’re planning to move it between spaces.both of them have claimed it as their own now. banks will settle in for his afternoon naps, and forrest likes to bring his toys up there when he’s in the mood to relax. it’s been a good addition for them, and i’m happy they’ve got a spot that works for both of their personalities.

Bed time….
Nova is living large on this Outland Living Elevated Dog Bed. The bed breaks down and stores in the the included travel case with shoulder strap. Much like a soccer chair, it is easily folded, stored and transported. This bed is well designed and well constructed. Thoughtfully, the top cover is soft, attaches securely but is removable and washable. It is not all that light weight but it is solidly made and appears to be able to hold up to significant use.

Great Design! Dogs love it!
I have had a number of these style beds that we take with us camping in the hopes that the dogs will stay out of the dirt. Sadly they usually choose the dirt but not with this one! While we have yet to take it camping, I pulled it out of the box, laid it out and the dogs jumped on it before I could even buckle all the ends, I was shocked. I dont know what it is about this one but they didnt do that with any of the previous ones we have tried! All of the other beds like these we have require assembly, and I have to say that is my least favorite feature of this style bed. Many time while struggling to get the tubes to line up correctly I have stated “Why dont these just fold out like our camp chairs” Seems someone heard my pleas and designed this beauty! This is so simple to setup, just pull it out of the bag, unfold and snap the ends in, its the perfect height when unfolded and has a lot of surface area. I love that this comes with a pad as well making this great for cold weather or hot.Once done unsnap, fold up and slide back in the bag like any other camp chair. Perfection!Until now I hadn’t really seen many beds of this style available so I am grateful this was released. At the time of this review I would say its a bit pricy at $80 but, for the ease of use and the fact that the dogs love it, im happy!Overall, I recommend this product!

Work wonders, easy to move/store
I cannot recommend this product enough! It was super easy to unpack, pop open, and use, and just as easy to fold back up and put back in its storage sleeve. I have a medium and a large dog, and they both are able to easily lay on it together. It is a good weight to carry around. Love the convenience of using it, and the price was good for the quality. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Dog Approved!
My pup and I go camping a lot. A raised bed used to seem an overkill, until I realized a few things: first, if the ground has any moisture to it, any blanket or bed will soak it up when she lays on it, which also means wasting time drying things the next day when you’re trying to go camp. This means you’re bringing a blanket just for her that will be sacrificed to the moisture. So you start to look at other options…For car camping, this bed is a much better solution than a waterproof dog bed, because she likes to rough up/nest when she sits down, and this raised bed can’t lose its shape. Also, it gives he an elevated view, and clearly defines her space, all of which she likes. I also like it because it keeps her out of the dirt or mud!As for size: it’s barely larger than my own fold out chair – the old car camping style that collapses in from 4 outer corners. I think hers might be better made than mine though, ha.
