    My Dog’s All-Time Favorite Toy
The first one of these I ever got her was at Petco on sale for $1 – best $1 ever! The reviews are right, though. The toy doesn’t last forever and it’s not good for aggressive chewers. In my opinion, however, that doesn’t make it a bad toy. Here’s why:Aggressive chewers comments: Getting my sister’s French Bulldog a stuffed toy (that’s shredded in 5 minutes), compared to my Pitbull who does not tear up any toys, but is a stronger chewer when it comes to bones. My pup does not tear this up at all, but my sister’s dog would. My point is: Don’t get your dog a soft toy if your dog ruins soft toys.Regarding the not long-lasting comments: the honking noise mechanism inside eventually pops inside the hole, rendering it honkless. Ours lasted about 6 months. It’s pretty much impossible to fix unless you want to trouble yourself to fix it for 1 good honk each fix. I would, but I do also have a job to get to. My dog does still carry it around in it’s noiseless state, but she doesn’t play with it with the same enthusiasm. How did I resolve this? I bought her 5 😂 She’s only on her second, but I decided to stock it because they were on sale for $5.10 – I don’t think I will get rid of any of them. I will just let her play with them on rotation until they fall apart.Besides all that, my dog just simply loves this toy. I have never seen her so happy & playful with a toy. I can’t promise this for your dog, as I can only tell you about mine.We even have a “Sheepy” song.[I have not been paid or given free Sheeps – my Sweet Pea just really loves her Sheepy]

    Strong and sturdy
This one took awhile for the pups to destroy! Lasted about a week which is kind of a miracle in our house. 2 Boston terriers gave this a 5 star review!

    Not durable
We love outward hound. The snoop and nook are some of my girl’s favorite toys. I got her this new one and within 5 minutes she had chewed off the feet. Although she seemed to really enjoy the toy we had to take it away as it was a danger for her. Disappointed in the quality since the other toys we have are much more durable. A waste of money for 5 minutes of play time.

    Interesting toy
My dog (a 3 year old cattle dog mix) immediately, speedily, and thoroughly dispatches and shreds all toys, particularly those which squeak. I purchased this for his stocking thinking: it’s Christmas; let him shred. Well, something about the combination of the shocked eyeballs and the growly squeak of this toy set him on edge. He approached it trepidatiously at first: sniffing, circling, nose tagging, gently applying his teeth. Eventually he licked it, picked it up, took it outside, brought it back to my husband, whined at it and repeated this pattern for about a half hour. The degree to which he was clearly disturbed by it had all the humans laughing. Eventually, he did eviscerate it, mangling the grunting piece beyond reassembly; however, it lasted about 8 hours before he did so, provided amusement to the humans, and more stimulus for him than any other commercially produced toy to date.

So cute and durable for our super aggressive chewer!
Only one complaint thus reason for taking one star:The noise maker doesn’t stay in place and its placement is necessary for the bear to “grunt”. It only took one toss for it to dislodge and thus lose its ability to “grunt”. Fairly simple to slide back in place but continues to dislodge therefore becoming an annoyance if your fur baby is a lover of the “squeak squeaks”. Otherwise has held up incredibly well thru an aggressive chewer, easy to squeak (when in place), cute, and accurate sizing. Not exactly what would be considered something for x-small or small dogs, however our 6 lb chihuahua absolutely loves it…when it is grunting capable at least. We just don’t play fetch with this one and it works well for us that way. Good price and would probably buy again!

    Latex free Hedgehog Dog
Well let me start by saying it’s a great size for smaller dogs and has the cutest squeak you’ve ever heard . I bought this as a gift for my grand baby dog and he’s having so much fun already. I don’t know that I’d buy this for an aggressive chewer they’d have it ripped to shreds in no time . The best part about this toy is it’s latex free and he loves it .

    5 Minutes!
That’s how long this lasted. My puppy had it ripped up within the first 5 minutes. I gave it a 3 because it was so darn cute.

squeak lasted 1 day with very small dog
Squeak or baa sound (which was why I bought it) lasted less than a day with very small dog.

No me gustó, ya que en menos de media hora ya no funcionaba el sonido del oso, el plástico es bueno y aguanta las mordidas, pero muy fácilmente deja de funcionar el sonido que emite 🙁

  11. LB

cute, funny noises but not suited for puppies. very thin material.

It doesn’t seem super durable and I used it with a dog that didn’t adopt it as a favourite toy, but it does make some interesting sounds and has been really valuable as a distraction in training. It was the only toy that would reliably get a stealing dog to drop the item they’ve stolen and come and investigate!
