Keeps them safe
This is the best dog booster seat. It keeps both my little dogs calm and safe. It is easy to install, and washes well. My dogs are 4.5 pounds and 6.5 pounds and this seat is a perfect size. I highly recommend!

SECURE, stylish and easy to clean
I bought the 16″ size . I originally thought it was going to be too big for my small SUV, but it fit perfect. My 12lb dog fits perfectly. If your dog is new to being secured in car, there’s a learning curve for you and your pet because of the tethers. If your dog needs to shift positions during the ride, the dog MAY get its body or leg (VERY mildly, NOT in danger) entangled in the tether. In the beginning, my dog jumped out of the basket and its hind leg became mildly entangled. No biggie, I pulled over, untangled my pooch, tightened the tethers a bit, got my dog all comfy again and on our way. Take an occasional peek over to check on your pet until it gets used to it. It took a day or two. Now my pooch loves it and jumps right in when it’s time to go and knows how to move around/ under the tether when it’s time to shift. Comfortably comfortable for car and dog, stylish, secure and all around great car booster seat. I’m very happy. Thank you.

Worth the Purchase Price!
I love this car seat, and more importantly, my 4 month old puppy loves it as well. Although it took about a month for her to get comfortable with being in a seat rather than a lap when in the car, she is now used to it and snuggles in immediately upon being put in the seat. I love that it has four tethers to attach to your dogs harness, very safe. My only, and I do mean ONLY, complaint would be that the tethers are thin and her little puppy teeth are making fraying them slightly. So when she isn’t buckled in if we’re just sitting in the car, I tuck the tethers under the pillow to avoid chewing and make sure there is always a chew toy in the seat with her. Other than that, it was worth the price, it feels so safe to have her in it, she loves being high up and on a cushion, and there is plenty of room in the seat for her to stretch out (she’s only 4.5 pounds).

NOT SAFE!!!
YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS!!! This car seat is NOT SECURE OR SAFE!!! The very first time I used it, barely drove a few miles on a side street going no more than 40 and I looked behind me and both car seat and attached puppy had flown from the back passenger side of car to completely upside down onto floor onto opposite side of car, behind drivers seat with car seat on top of my puppy! I did an emergency stop because as far as I knew my puppy, who was latched onto the poorly made, thin and weak harness latch, was perhaps wrapped around his little throat! Luckily he wasn’t hurt or choked!!! I was horrified! Safety is my number one concern and this is NOT the item for that. I am back to using my old one which is a wire basket covered in cloth with a top part that wraps around the top part of my seat, and a second latch that clips around the middle…much much safer. Also, the latch and strap on my old car seat is thicker and stronger. This item is only good for looks. I am returning it.

They are easy to install and are very sturdy. I made an adjustment to the clasps and installed ones that fit my dogs’ harnesses. Dogs love getting into their seats and I feel good as they can see out window and are protected.
