Total Game Changer!!
My dog has super anxiety without nail trimming. Nail trimming intensifies it. He is very aggressive and uncooperative when you get close to his feet with ANY tool. My vet couldn’t clip his nail nor the groomer even with anxiety meds. The vet suggested anesthesia to trim his nails with a dental cleaning. The problem with that is it’s not a long term sustainable solution to regular maintenance of his nails. This little contraption does the trick! He is totally calm. He still doesn’t enjoy the activity, but he doesn’t fight it with the sling. I recommend using a nail grinder though. I think the clippers is what he really did didn’t like, but he would not allow you to try anything else. The sling lets me get close with the grinder, and he endures it. I never tried it with clippers because I wanted to change his mind with having his nails trimmed with new methods rather than forcing him to submit to a method he already despised.

Pretty good
I was impressed by all of the extras included. It worked wonderfully with 2 of my 3 chihuahuas. It has been the easiest and least stressful (for everyone) way to trim their nails by far. However, one of my chihuahuas is a biter and she was still able to twist her little devil head around and nip me several times. BUT we did get her nails trimmed! So I would call it a success! It’s not hard to use, although it has to be suspended from a pole or rod or something like that. It made me a little nervous with just chihuahuas, I can’t imagine a larger dog. All in all, I’m glad I bought this and would buy it again.

This thing hurt my dog badly!!!
Worst product ever!!!! I used it once and returned it because it ruined my dogs whole life. It somehow crushed his insides and now he can’t go up and down steps or up on the bed or couch without letting out a loud whimper. I don’t even want to get into vet bills. You can’t even pick him up without feeling bad because he lets out a scream when u even do that now. Still don’t know what it really did to him yet. If you loved your dog , please do not buy this product. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!! P. S. Update!! Dog still can’t walk from this!!! It ruined his happy joyful playful pup into a perm. disabled dog who can’t even jump up or down from the couch or bed and can’t partake in his fav. pastime anymore. I sometimes feel like he blames us for putting him into that death trap. It’s so sad. Please again if u luv ur dog, don’t put him or her into this thing. It should be banned!! If it did it to my dog, it’ll do it to yours.

I’m FLOORED!!!!
i have worked in and out of the veterinary field for 30 years. i am quite capable of clipping nails. That being said, i own quite possibly the 4 biggest drama queens to have ever dramatized the drama world. i can hold or clip but i cannot do both on them and no one else in my family can do either so i have been forced to shell out roughly $100 a month to keep their nail care up. Even at the vet I have to reassure other owners that the blood curdling screams they hear from the back are nothing more than my dogs trying to invoke trumped upcharges for grounds for a faulty lawsuit of animal abuse but they are in fact just getting a simple nail trim and not having their eyes gouged out with spoons. I bought this in hopes that maybe between it, another person and some treats that I could maybe maintain their nails at home to save money. OHMYGOSH!!! Not only was I able to strap them in and hang them by myself but i was able to clip their nails BY MYSELF! I even had a couple bleeders that i quickly stopped with Kwikstop and not a peep. They barely even struggled. (they have black nails and their kwiks are stupidly long so bleeders from time to time are expected) I cannot recommend this product enough!!! BUY EEEEEET!!!!

I scoured amazon reviews looking for a safe harness like this for clipping my yorkie’s nails etc. Every one had reviews where the dog fell out!!! I put the purchase on the backburner until I found this design- the way the hooks/ straps at the top won’t slip, and the way the extra seatbelt strap held her in made it impossible for her to wiggle free. – And as soon as she saw the nail clippers she sure tried!She is 6 lbs for reference, much smaller than a cat. And I must have gotten the smallest size. It is almost too big- if there wasn’t a seatbelt she would have gotten out. But it worked great. Very safe. Safe enough to back up and take a quick picture.The fabric is nicely finished and quality. The entire thing is great quality. I can’t imagine having to replace it within my lifetime.Great buy. Though she wiggled like mad for a while, eventually she gave up and we got the nails clipped. I had hung her in it a few times and given treats in it prior to today, she was cool with those times and just hung there chillin.

I found this sling fantastic for my little 7 pound Toy Poodle. I rigged up a large closet dowel in my kitchen and her her up and I was able to sit down and do all of her legs, paws, toenails, chest and face and ears!!I have replacement knees and it’s VERY difficult for me to stand in one spot for very long.So sitting down for the biggest part of her grooming was essential for me. Then I took her down and just had to clip her body and that was it. THANK YOU Catherine
