Works well
These work very well to remove the dried matter from the corners of my dog’s eyes. Her hair is brown so, I can’t comment on tear stain removal. Overall, they remain fresh, soft and moist in the container and I have been very pleased with them.

I think you could possibly just buy the “just water” baby wipes instead of these but they do the job. My cats don’t exactly have stains but goobers and build up sometimes so I like to wipe them down. Works great for that but again…so would any wet cloth that doesn’t contain eye irritants.People dealing with real stains may have a better opinion.

Leaky package 📦 😔
I have yet to use them to review how they work. I received my package wet with just a plastic wrap seal on the bottle, but not a seal for the wipes once you rip open the plastic. luckily the wipes seemed to still have some wetness. They didn’t have a strong scent. I did like the size of the wipe and thickness. 👍🏼

Big wipes, soapy wipes
I’ve got a dog who gets eye crusties and discoloration. I like these wipes because they are fair sized – not quite as big as a baby wipe but a lot bigger than the usual rounds they sell. The wipes are a little soapy which is not a bad thing at all. These are working really well to get the gunk out from not only the eyes but also his chin. I use a wipe and I pinch the chunk of junk to get it loose from his eye area. So far I haven’t noticed any whitening of his fur but I’m happy to get the chunks out of his eyes and from the food he gets stuck to his beard – he’s a very messy pup! I had been using the rounds and while they worked, they were just ok, these are much better because of the size and the wetness of them. Although sometimes I have to use a regular baby wipe to cut the soapy residue left, but it doesn’t happen all the time. The plastic container is good – it keeps the wipes wet and is easy to use, even one and half handed! I have to wedge the canister under my arm or something to use it one handed.

These wipes don’t work
We bought these wipes for our shih tzu, it didn’t work for the tear stains. They are easy to use and don’t have a strong smell but didn’t work for our dog. I won’t buy it again.
