    Fun and easy to use
A favorite here when we need to keep our girl a little more occupied or the weather keeps us inside more than we’d like. She uses buttons to communicate so teaching her to use the button to get food was easy. It makes eating fun and exciting for her and gives her some enrichment to boot.

    My dog loves it!
My dog loves this! My dog knows when it’s “button” time and she can’t wait. It was fairly easy to train her on how to use the button and it came with instructions. It’s pretty good quality for the price, we leave it plugged into the wall because it does drain the batteries pretty quickly. But that’s nothing to complain about really.

My dog loves it! it keeps him busy for a while.
I bought this for my dog when we lived in an apartment, i didn’t have a yard for him to play in, and where we live it gets extremely cold in the winter so I rarely take him out for long periods of time. I bought this so he could get some mental stimulation as well as a little workout indoors when we couldn’t be outside for long. He loves it! It’s very durable, he smashes the button with his nose and paw but there hasn’t been any damage to it. And we’ve used the battery it came with and it still works fine even after a year or so. It’s really easy to clean, which is nice because my dog does get it really slobbery after each use. the only thing i wish was different was the size of the dispenser, because i can’t fit his entire meal in it at once. i half to put half in, wait for him to eat it all, and then fill in the last half. but besides that, im extremely happy with my purchase!

Great product for a working or energetic dog
My Cattle dog and I really love this item. It keeps my heeler busy, and he learned how to use it 100% by the 2nd use. Had a couple of problems with the button but it was made right! Great product for a working dog. Not the best picture but he is very happy!

Button stopped working after 2.5 months
I am so frustrated with this product. The button that comes with it stopped working suddenly. I only bring this out on rainy days to keep my dog stimulated. So it hasn’t experienced heavy use and he does not chew on it or anything. I changed the batteries in it and it still will not work. I tried problem-solving with plugging the main component into different outlets and using different Cords and still nothing extremely frustrating!!!

Stopped working after 2mo – can I get a replacement?
This was a fun diversion and way to engage our intelligent Husky. We also used it to slow eating as well. Unfortunately it stopped working for no apparent reason after about 2mo. And because it was a christmas present and was ordered in november, the return period was over. Is there something I can do?

    Should be fun
This is most likely a fun toy, but this little boy was dumped and he has not had an easy time adjusting. It was just too much for him. Sorry

    Give it time!
It took our very smart dog about a month and a half to figure it out. She would show interest but could’t figure out the connection between the button and the food dispenser. She would whack the dispenser like a puzzle toy. We tried various food and high reward treats with no success. Even the cat figured it out before her. Until today. The button got flipped upside down and she was very interested. She had a lot more success booping it with her nose when it was upside down and she played with it for 10 minutes straight. Excited for her to keep using it and burning mental energy!

We have 3 dogs that race to the front door and behave pretty badly whenever we have a visitor arrive. I have multiple “visitors” per day and the dogs have been reinforced by their departure every time they bark. So, I set up the petgeek dispenser, hanging from a hook in the ceiling, at the back of the house. As people arrive we press the remote control and the treats scatter on the floor. The dogs now hear the doorbell, but instead of racing furiously to defend their property, they race to the back of the house and stare at the ceiling. My clients find it really funny. I’m delighted.I would like to purchase more remote controls though – can anyone help me with this?

I’m not sure whether it was worth the money or not yet. I watched the marketing video and have to say as yet the result is not exactly the same. You have to put quite a lot of food in the dispenser e.g. to make it worthwhile and work well. I set aside one meal for this which filled the dispenser 3 times. My medium sized dog is good with dog puzzles etc (a bit of a ‘problem solver’) . I taught her to “press” the button which she did, but it was not too stable/she was a bit too enthusiastic, and I had to keep putting it back the right way up. She quickly got the idea to go to the food dispenser after pressing the button, but then (while she was there) tried to get the rest of the food out of the dispenser by nudging it and pawing at it. I kept redirecting her to the button. Will keep trying.

Was really looking forward to using this with our 2 dogs as they already use buttons to ask for treats or talk to us. Product arrived before stated date, packaging was great and instructions were easy enough to follow.Once batteries were in the remote, and the unit plugged into the usb cable, we were ready, but sadly the remote was not. When pushed, it would connect to the treat machine and treats would pop out, but no exciting sounds. Tried it on setting 1 and 2. Changed batteries 3 times, and still no sounds. Disappointing!!!Will be returning this, even though the dogs understand the concept they were listening for the whirr of the treats turning and spilling out. Won’t work if in another room, need the sounds to work on the remote(button). 🙁

Hopefully this one lasts longer than a year! The motor stops working just when it’s out of warranty
