Great heating pad for puppies 🐶
Purchased this for an upcoming litter of puppies. It has an extra thick cord to keep little puppy razor sharp teeth from chewing it! Auto shut off but it can be set for up to 12 hours. Soft to the touch. Highly recommend.

I don’t really have anything bad to say about this heating pad. I could have kept it and been very happy with it. I bought another one at the same time. After comparing the 2, I kept the one from the other seller and returned this one. It was sort of a toss up. I’m sure people will be happy with this one.

CAUGHT ON FIRE!!!! Beware!
When I first received this item, our dogs loved it. I loved it. We live in an area where we have cooler mornings and warmer afternoons, so this item was perfect. The timer was excellent. Washing it couldn’t have been any easier. Our dogs have been using the heating pad on and off for approximately 3 months w/no problem. Until last night. We arrived home late to find this! (See photos). Thank GOD the dogs were inside our house when the pad caught fire. The dog house is entirely made of wood as is our house. If my husband, a retired firefighter, did not smell the material burning while he was unloading the car, we possibly could have woken up to a really bad situation. I contacted Amazon right away and was given a phone number in Bolivia to contact the Seller. The # was disconnected. We live in the US. I don’t know if this was just an isolated incident, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep an eye on this pad. Amazon also attemped to contact the seller and their phone # was disconnected. Amazon did write up a safety report.

Works in Friends Forever beds & dogs are smiling
These fit perfect in the Friends Forever beds…. I put them in between the bedding foam and top cover and zip it right up. The heating pads feel like plastic heating pads and don’t have any cushion to them, so at first my dogs were real reluctant…. Kinda like plastic bed wetting sheets. But I just put an extra layer of blankets on top of their beds and then they realized their beds were now heated. And they smiled. I live up in the mountains and it gets pretty cold here; I can’t tend a fire when I go to work and worried about my dogs’ comfort and well-being. but with these heating pads, I’m much relieved that the boys are comfy. There is a high and low setting… the low is warm enough for my shaggy shepherds, but the high setting isn’t dangerously hot. I imagine a short-haired dog would find it heavenly. The pads have been on for at least 8 hours a day, every day for the last couple of weeks and I haven’t seen any sign of danger or wear. There is no timer for these heat pads, but they probably would work with a plug in wall timer. I don’t know if these are chew proof because none of my dogs are destructive chewers, but they seem sturdy. Of course, nothing is truly “chew proof” if you have a highly motivated chewer. Anyways, these were a great investment; The boys are warm, safe and content….. Win!!!

My wife feeds 2 neutered skittish (feral/abandoned)? cats. This pad with a few blankets in large plastic tote keeps them coming back during cold winter, north Florida nights. Very nice to have the timer settings.Very happy with purchase.
