Even Ringo cannot break into it!
We are pleased with this device. It is much better than our previous models. It accurately drops food at the specified times, and our cats are now keenly aware of the schedule. My wife and I are also happy that Ringo, our male cat who can open cabinets and even full size doors, is baffled about how to break into this one. He had no problem figuring out the other feeders.

Must have for busy pet owners
I recently purchased the Pet Libro automatic cat feeder, and it has been a game changer for me and my two cats. The device is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to set up and control feeding schedules through the app. I love that I can customize portion sizes and feeding times, ensuring my cats are always fed on time—even when I’m stuck late at work.Cleaning and maintaining the feeder is a breeze, which is a huge bonus. The design is sleek, and it blends nicely with my home decor. Overall, I highly recommend this for any pet owner who wants to keep their furry friends happy and well-fed, especially if you have a busy schedule. A fantastic investment!

Good feeder with some asterisks
Works as advertised, but a couple things I feel are important to know.1. The food comes out of one hole and sort of randomly sorts itself into the bowls. There is a divider you can use which helps to sort it, and the bowls do seem about equal, but hard to tell.2. The app is great, and includes a “feed now” option. This was one of my criteria.3. It takes some adjusting to get the servings right. I want my cats to have 1/4C of dry food three times a day, so I had to set it to give 1/2C. But when I measured it, it ended up being less than this that was actually given. So I kicked it to grams and increased it to 70g (60g of their kibble is 1/2C) and the quantity was better. Be prepared to do some adjusting to make sure your cats aren’t underfed.4. It feeds over a period of about a minute, dropping a little food at a time. This prevents the food from flying out of the bowl, but it is loud as it hits the metal bowls, so I wouldn’t set it to go off when you’re trying to sleep!Overall this works fine for my needs. The app is easy to use to create the schedule and I like that I can control it when I’m not home.

Doesn’t work, save yourself and don’t bother
Don’t even waste your time with a heap of junk. I was so excited because I’m going away for a week for Christmas and leaving my cats behind, I knew they’d be excited for dry food and I’d have some peace of mind. I set it up exactly according to the instructions, which directed me to download an app and that was my first WTF moment… They make you purchase an annual subscription just to use it. It has a ton of features I don’t need but I do have two animals which is why I bought this version (two dishes). You can’t even purchase the cheapest subscription for two animals, they force you to purchase the more expensive version for $130 a year, which is absolutely ridiculous. but I was in a time crunch and I couldn’t test out the machine until I purchased the sub subscriptions, so not only that I purchase one, then I got charged the full amount for the second more expensive option. THEN comes the fact that the device doesn’t work…I ran a test feeding and at first nothing came out at all. Heard things moving inside, but not much else. Then some food started to drizzle down but way more on one side than the other, and definitely not the full portion size that I had allotted for both animals. A red error light came on, but there’s no way to troubleshoot what it is or how to fix the issue, and there’s nobody to call.If I’m paying this much money for a device, it better feel like first class treatment and this is absolute garbage. When I googled how to reach someone on the phone, I came across instead a ton of entries for the Better Business Bureau complaining about all kinds of things, including my same complaint. This is not a company accredited with the BBB. Feels like a front store. Super disappointed.

Perfect Upgrade – Quiet, Spacious, and Cat-Proof
I bought the Petlibro Auto Feeder to replace my old feeder, and it’s a huge improvement! It holds way more food, runs much quieter, and the wide base keeps my mischievous tuxedo cat from knocking it over when he’s feeling sneaky. The app is super user-friendly, making scheduling meals effortless. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-designed feeder, this is it!

App difficult to use. Product size sensitive. Subscription with monthly fee highly promoted
After several hours of work with this device, I finally concluded the best course of action was to return the product. The feeder itself seemed reasonably constructed. I ran into the following issues: 1. the app required to program feeding time and portion size was quite difficult to use. It continually popped up with a request for a paid monthly/annual subscription..and would not let me continue the programming or editing of amounts or frequency. I did not want a subscription…for sure. 2. The lock/unlock function of the display on the unit did not respond per the manual…it would not shift to an unlocked display status 3. the kibble we tried was roughly within the size indication…but our kibble shapes were irregular. The feeder function was very, very slow with our kibble. 4. the call to feed function was very soft and would likely not be heard by our cats. they would probably find it anyway…but be aware it is NOT loud. The sum of these issues was sufficient for me to surrender my aspirations and send it back. Regretfully. Perhaps other buyers will have better luck. Thank you.

Good concept but poor execution
It seems like overall it was a well thought out design. You can feed granularly down to 1/12 of a cup and set up schedules. Some of the features are locked behind a subscription like individual programs for cats. The issue for this product and the reason I returned it is the poor overall execution in the final product. As people pointed out, the capacitive buttons makes it so that my cats will constantly trigger the button while eating, causing an annoying beeping sound. It also beeps without much detail in the app. From the video, I later found it was because it needed to have more food. I thought the constant beeping was unnecessary and no where in the app did it indicate that it was for that reason.
