What is the recommended amount to use per application?

We recommend using one 30g (about 1 oz) per 50L (13.2 gallons) of water. However, feel free to adjust the amount based on the size of your tub or your pet. Please be sure to reseal the packet securely after opening.

Do I have to rinse my pet off afterwards?

Our product is made with a gentle formula that doesn’t require rinsing, however a quick water rinse will help with effective exfoliation.

From what age can I start using this?

It is recommended to use for pets 3 months and older. Please avoid bathing on vaccination days or veterinarian visit.

Should I use this bath (spa) before or after shampooing?

It can be used both ways! Use it before shampoo to prepare the skin by gently loosening flakes and impurities, or use it after for a final, calming step to soothe irritation and hydrate the skin barrier.

What’s the difference between the three bath product types?
