THE BEST DOGGY RAINCOAT FOR RAINY DAYS!!!
I don’t often write reviews about the products I purchase from Amazon, but this doggy raincoat deserved one. This is the second raincoat I have purchased from Amazon and I can say that this one is the best one I have purchased. I liked this raincoat because it promised overall coverage and it sure does. I especially like that the raincoat covers her legs and the headpiece is oversized and will cover her head completely. The previous raincoat, didn’t have these features. The raincoat is made from an exceptional waterproof material with an inner mesh that is stretchable in the tummy area. It also has reflective strips, that are especially useful when I take my fur baby on walks at nighttime. My schnauzer fur baby weighs 21 pounds so I ordered the Large, after reading several reviews that the raincoat ran a little big. I am glad I purchased the Large, it fits her perfectly. I only wish she liked it as much as I do. She is not happy about wearing anything we put on her. However, I will be keeping it hoping somehow I can convince her to wear it on rainy days to keep her dry. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. This is a doggie must have for those rainy days.

WILL NOT FIT GOLDENS, GSD, HUSKY ETC.
My dog is 50lbs, half the size of a golden. Very lean and extremely small for her breed. I correctly measured her and bought the appropriate size (XL) according to the size chart AND a size up since a lot of reviews said it fits small. Not even the XXL fit her. Too small to even be able to zip it up.Also, there was a missing snap for the hood. The product is either faulty because of it being a damaged used/return item, or because of manufacturing.Super bummed. The material seems like good water resistant quality along with the hood. It would be the perfect jacket if the sizing was accurate.

Very good looking jacket.
This jacket looks very nice. Rather sporty. It’s made out of fabric that hair doesn’t stick to. It’s a little tricky to get on at first, but front paws 1st. I wanted it to go over a warmer jacket but it isn’t big enough. I kept it though because it is a quality jacket and it isn’t always cold just because it’s raining. It looks really nice on.

It is not actually waterproof. More like water resistant. It is ok for light rain. In a heavy rain, the water went right through. It fits nicely. It is a nice design. Easy to put on.

Besides keeping my dog dry when it’s raining, I get so many compliments. It’s waterproof and really high quality thick material. It’s easy to put on and fits perfectly. Very functional.

Could not return it
I bought this for my new rescue pup in Dec. I did not have an opportunity to use it until the other day. It is a great raincoat. Quality material and stylish. Fit great true to size. My dog freaked out when we tried to put it on. Once on he would not move. He reacted badly. I tried to see if I could return it even though it was 3 days past the cut off. I could not. The communication regarding my request was poor and impersonal to say the least . So I would absolutely recommend for quality but not customer service. Not a pleasant experience.
