Superior product!
I took a chance ordering this product, as it had no reviews at all at the time. However, I really liked the design and the fact that it was made of double-sided plastic, instead of wood or composition board. Other products I looked at had many comments about how the wood/composition houses were flimsy and/or not well made/designed.I specifically wanted a well-made, maintenance free, durable house with a second “escape door“ as specified by organizations outlining properly designed feral cat houses.I was very pleasantly surprised at how well-made, well designed, and how easy to assemble this product is. And the instructions that came with it were truly superior, compared to most assembly instructions. They included photographs and the parts themselves have codes on them, so there is no way you can mistake one piece for another. The parts package also came with extra assembly hardware. I was concerned that the manufacturing tolerances could be problematical, making assembly difficult, but everything was precisely manufactured and went together easily. I highly recommend this product. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. And no, this wasn’t a paid review. I paid full boat for it, and I consider what I paid for it a good value for what I received.

Nice quality product
It’s a nice design with quality resin plastic. My complaint is the doorways could have been bigger to accomodate larger cats. My big boy can barely squeeze in. He doesn’t always get back in before i go to bed, so I bought this for him to have a warm place to go on those rare occassions that i can’t stay awake long enough to let hom in.

WATERPROOF AND EASY TO ASSEMBLE
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The waterproof cat refuge has been great! It was easy to assemble, with clear directions. There is weather stripping included for use on the roof. I had it out of the box and set up in the yard in under 30 minutes. There are a lot of curious animals of all types in my yard, so whoever needs a dry, clean space has one available. The levels are very roomy. It is off the ground, but not far enough for easy access in and out. The plastic revolving door is made with a thick and durable material. Overall the cat house is very well made and such a convenience for outside creatures needing a space for safety, warmth and coziness. It is well worth the price and will last for years with proper routine cleaning and purchasing weather stripping to replace when necessary.

Very disappointed in product! Definitely not worth $160.00.. It was delivered in pouring rain…never even put on porch..both boxes fell apart to mush!
