However he’s doesn’t love to destroy toysEasy to clean: A big plus for a dog toy! Take the plastic center ball out and put the other part in the washing machine.**Cons:**Can be a bit noisy and will randomly repeat noise or you talking. Lol make sure you turn it off at night!The remote never works. I tried it a few time but no luck.Overall I highly recommend this interactive dog toy. Best dog toy ever and not to mention the customer service!
I bought this great.toy for my little Yorkie Henry. He loves it but for some reason the remote was missing. It took Qdan one day to correct this with a brand new toy. I had to send them a video vs. a pic to have them see just how much Henry loves it. But what I don’t understand is why Amazon has this mention that it’s frequently returned. Even without the remote he loved it. And it’s fun for his doggie Mom too. Thanks Qdan for your expert customer service!

Loves the toy – disappointed in quality
Our dog actually loves this toy. I’m disappointed with the durability of the Velcro and how it’s sewn on. I just ordered our third one- yes I know. But again, he does enjoy it while it lasts. The stitching on the Velcro rips out first. The inside ball pops out and rattles around on the hardwood floor scaring the poop out of you if you aren’t prepared for it. We have then used a hair tie to help ‘hold’ it together. The inside ball does eventually start to go bad too. Probably because it’s rattling around on the floor, beating the poop out of itself. The hair tie only works for so long as the dog still pulls it apart. But I’ve tried a few other versions…. And like a sucker keep coming back. The songs? Annnnoying tick tok songs or some bologna. The new versions have a remote so you can control the volume and skip songs. Honestly only messed with it once as you need to be pretty dang close to the toy to get it to work. I’ve learned to phase it out. Or….. end up humming the stupid jingles later…. Ugh.

GS PUPPY LOVES IT
So of course it’s moving and it’s fun for the dogs/puppies… However my German Shepherd pup figured how to open it up and get the ball out. It’s noisy with plastic hitting the floor, so I bought a ball pictured above.. cut two slits in it and shoved it in (you don’t need to take it out of the rubber ball to charge or turn it on) and that works perfectly, It still bounces around and is fairly quiet. He still likes shaking and playing with the original cloth cover of the ball, however I’m going to sew it shut. A minus to this toy is that when you turn the volume down it doesn’t always stay down, also when you use the speak button it doesn’t stay on, You can’t turn the volume off, when you turn it down it just goes back up. So nice to, needs some work on the control. Recommend, it’s still fun for them

Not very durable
My dog likes the ball for a minute but when it’s shaking all over the floor she usually watches it. The first day we got it, she played with it for around 30 minutes and the stitching is already coming out. I have had to turn it off and stitch it up twice. It’s a little tricky to turn on. The remote is essentially useless. I have pushed the power button on the remote several times without any reaction. The velcro is very strong which is great when the dog is playing but you have to take the velcro apart to find the power button since the ball moves around inside the fabric and it has to be pressed directly in that spot.I wouldn’t purchase this again.
