It is super cute! Although it is the “medium” size, it is BIG. I have a 10lb cat that LIVES in her current cat cave, but this would be really roomy for her. It would be great for a larger breed cat like a Maine Coon Cat or a Bengal. The removable pad is thick and fluffy.I am not sure I like how open the front is. Part of the idea of a cat cave is for the cat to feel enclosed and protected. Depending on whether you have a shy, semi-feral cat like me, or a more confident, well socialized cat, the opening might be too open. So consider your cat’s personality.

Very Cute Pet Bed/Dog Thinks It Is a Big Toy!
This cat bed is very cute with the bunny ears on top to the fluffy cottontail in the back, and it is pink! I got this bed for my 8.8lb dog since she likes to snuggle under covers and I thought she would like to do that in this pet cave bed. She does fit inside of the bed and she likes it, but she thinks it is a big toy! So far she isn’t using it as a bed but a big play toy! She loves the little hanging ball in the front and pulls on that along with the ears. She goes inside and her back end is sticking out and I’m not sure what she is doing inside but she’s playing around in there. She’s pulled on some of the bed and the little mat inside but so far she hasn’t torn up anything. I won’t let her play with it unsupervised for fear that she might tear it up. She did end up using it as a bed but she smashed it down and laid on top of it, so I guess she likes it! It does hold it’s shape but it can easily flop over so it isn’t super sturdy with the shape. It is soft and is has a little fluffy mat for the inside that is removable.
