I think this would work great, it just doesn’t work on my dog. He has a very small head is the only reason it didn’t work for him.

Don’t put it too tight
Our puppy was using these due to his allergies and hitting his ears on things and causing his ear to bleed. Just make sure it’s not on too long, then it will rub too much and cause a cut on his neck and near ears. Something we definitely learned from him shaking his head while getting treatment from the vet. It is great material and good product, just for occasional use.

My dog would say get this off of me and that it does not help her. I would say for the few minutes she had it on it did help a little. The issue is that she doesn’t want it on her…

Great product
This was a life saver while my pup recovered from ear surgery. She was violently rejecting the dreaded cone but I needed to protect her ear and fortunately she easily accepted this hood as an alternative. It made walking her easier also because she had peripheral vision that the cone didn’t provide. Overall this is a terrific product. And yes my pup’s ear has healed nicely.

Fit as expected
This fit my dog perfectly, however it does not seem to help calm him when he is nervous from noises such as fireworks. He can clearly still hear them well.Can not recommend as a calming device.

Bigger than expected, still worked!
Very nice! Exactly what I needed for my dog to stop shaking her ears, looks adorable to boot. Despite it being bigger than I thought, it still worked perfectly. The elastic is able to adjust a lot! It’s soft and don’t to noisy. Overall a great deal as well!
