Wish I would have bought this sooner!
So far this has been working great, and my cat didnt have any issues jumping right in! Ive had this about 4 months, with no issues! I have one cat, and I have to dump the poop box every 2 weeks, which is so much better than daily, and it keeps about 90% of the smells away! The 10% comes out when it’s near that 10-14 day mark, so it reminds me to clean it! Very easy to put together too, and I love that I can control it from my phone when we are on vacation.

Must Have for Cats
This litter box has been fabulous! I’ve had cats and litter boxes all my life. I researched and finally found a great system that I was using for years, until now! This is a game changer for the cat world! The odor control is unmatched and the ease of keeping the littler fresh is so nice. I have had this box for a couple months now and have had no problems whatsoever, I love it!

Great Box for our kitty.
Pretty nice litter box, it’s easy to maintain and the cats have been using it comfortably and without hesitation. We haven’t had any issues with leaking or excessive odor. This seems like a great quality and good value product I am really pleased with it.

Small broken piece, only option to return entire thing
I had this set up for a couple of days without it once completing a full cleaning cycle. It stopped with an error every time. After inspecting it, I’m assuming this broken small plastic piece is the culprit. If they would just send a replacement part I could easily install it, but the only option I was given is to pack the entire thing back up and drag it to a UPS store to return the whole thing. Now I’ll have to order a new one, when they could’ve just sent a small part. I’ll likely go with a different model from a different seller next time.

Stopped working after 2 weeks
Mine stopped working after 2 weeks. Returning has been a hassle since we threw the box out, thinking this would be a great litter box.

A bit cheaper than the other and it works
I am happy with the self cleaning litter box, it works as described so far, and does it ever make your litter go so much farther, it’s easy to clean and keeps the odor down to almost nothing and my cat enjoys using it, I don’t use the wifi on it and don’t really know what it’s for, when my cat uses it then leaves the drum does its thing, if my cat try’s to enter it while it’s in motion it stops until my cst leaves.
