Love this litter box, currently 3 house cats, clean and smell free. No longer are we dealing with a dirty liter box every two day. Quiet operation, Fits in roughly the same area as a litter box.. Handy app allows you to control from the chair if you like. Box has worked perfectly from day one right out of box.

Don’t waste your money on this product!
I received the product with very basic & minimal instructions printed on the shipping box flaps! I had to download a thrid party app to get connected to the litter robot. It’s not the Company that made the Robot. It’s basically a smart device hub app that pushes cheap ads. They insist you attach all your smart devices to thier app! On the app they want me to pay $29.99 a month for extreamly cheaply made videos of commercial ads! The font on the app is the smallest font available! I needed help so I tried the Chat. It would only respond “Sorry, I do not understand”. There really isn’t any need for the app. I’m not comfortable with an overseas seller that doesn’t understansd English & won’t support the product purchased. The clean-up of the litter doesn’t get all the waste so some waste is deposited on top of the”cleaned” litter for your cat to walk on. My cat won’t use a dirty box so I’m now scooping the litter left behind in this cheap Robot! It’s also much smaller on the inside than anticipated. I compared sizes & most were similar. There is litter everywhere my cat walks after using a litter box so I’m not going back to a box. I’m ready to invest in a good product made in the USA. I now realize you get what you pay for. I love my cat but hate the time I invest in cleaning up after him. I’ve already purchased a more adaquait litter robot. It has such positive reviews & appears to be more of what I would want. It’s made by a well established USA Company that stands behind thier product & even replys to reviews! I’ve already processed the return. I highly recomend purchasing a much better robot. It’ll be worth the extra money.

This litter box has been an absolute game changer so far. We use to refresh our other litter nightly, but only have to change this one when it alerts us to changing the garbage bag (about once a week or so). It’s quiet, our kitten adapted to it immediately, and it has worked flawlessly. The only challenge, which is probably unavoidable with most automatic litter boxes is that our kitten loves to jump in while it’s moving, however, the safety feature pauses the litter to keep the kitten safe. It was easy to set up and only took a few minutes. It is on the larger size, so make sure that you have a good space for it, but after comparing other litter boxes they were all pretty similar in size. It retains the litter well and we do not have as much of a mess as before!

We heard about this through my nephew who was raving about not having to clean the litterbox everyday. We finally bought it and my nephew was right! This self cleaning litter box is wonderful. We have 2 cats and we only have to empty the waste bag once every 5-6 days. It is short enough to fit under the laundry sink without interfering with the rotating drum. It also comes completely apart so it can be thoroughly cleaned. Beats everyday cleanings by 600% 🙂 Definitely worth the money – great investment. Highly recommended!
