JYNSROU self cleaning cat litter box supports only 2.4G Wi-Fi. If your phone is on 5G, it won’t connect. Please switch your phone to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network and try again. You may need to adjust your router settings to connect to the right network.
Does JYNSROU self cleaning litter box require special litter?
JYNSROU cat litter box simply requires clumping litter. We recommend a high-quality, standard-weight, clay-based clumping litter. Some silica gel litter beads and crystals can also be used with Litter-Robot, as long as they pass through the screen.
What if my cat won’t use JYNSROU self cleaning litter box?
If you and your cat are not completely satisfied, just return your Litter-Robot within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
Does automatic cat litter box have a weight limit?
JYNSROU automatic cat litter box self cleaning suitable for cats over 2.2 Ibs. For multiple cats, ensure a weight difference of at least 2.2 Ibs.
How often do I need to empty the waste drawer?
For one cat, empty the waste drawer every 15 days. For two cats, once a week is sufficient. If you have three cats, it’s recommended to empty it twice a week.

Do Not Buy. When it breaks it’s a horrible mess!!! Not too impressed
First auto litter box and not too impressed. Basically, it quits working sporadically and I cannot figure out how to add litter without spilling all over the floor. The price was great but the mess is not. Here’s the good and the bad two months in:Pros: the odor removal does seem to work and the smell with two cats is minimal. I do not have to scoop every day and am only changing the bag about once every 4-5 days. I like that the tub is washable. Cats seem to love it so much they are in it every time I’m working on it.Cons: I am constantly working on it and resetting because it gets stuck upside down. I cannot easily pour litter into it without making a mess. The tub is bulky to wash and does not separate when removed from the base so you are essentially washing a tube that doesn’t open. It’s difficult to spray off inside and not get litter all over the place. The WiFi and app connection drops frequently. DO NOT use the replace litter option unless you check the trash door is closed or maybe it’s designed this way. I have never successfully used the replace litter function without all of the feces emptying back into the tub and creating a horrible mess. Just now spent 1.5 hours watching clean mode multiple times to get the majority of crap out so I could rinse out the inside after this happened-see video. And if there is anything in the tub when you remove it good luck getting it out because it just gets caught on the edges unless you shake the crap out of it (literally) which again gets litter everywhere. The litter is falling down into the base where it gets stuck on the rollers. The trash bin seems small and spins with the litter tub. It seems like there should be a better design than this. The app is the least of my concerns: it measures weight in grams, (not a problem) but one cat is around 3000 grams and the other 7000 and it does not recognize there are two cats so all the statistics are wrong. I can never get the app actions (clean, odor remove, etc. ) to work from clicking them in the app.Gave it two stars because the odor is better with this than with a litter box and when it does work I have less of a mess to clean up. I’m keeping it because it would be difficult to return and it does have a lifetime warranty. I plan to get a second one where the trash bin doesn’t spin with the litter tub because I think that is what is causing most of my messy problems.Updated to 1 star. The door broke and now all this crap has emptied into the pan and I cannot get it out. Highly dissatisfied!!

Not recommended!
I love this product. However, about 1.5 months after purchasing it, the waste drawer door broke while I was cleaning it. The door is held together by 2 very cheap pieces of plastic.I contacted the company to get the door replaced. They said they don’t have any replacement parts so there is nothing they can do. When I asked the company about full replacement with the lifetime replacement warranty, they said that only applies to manufacturing defects and not normal use of the cat litter box.I bought this item specifically because of the lifetime warranty but they won’t honor that warranty!It is still usable without the door, it is just prone to be messier.I would suggest NOT buying from this company. They don’t stand behind their products and warranties.

Still messy
I was excited to get this litter box, thinking it would solve all the mess issues you get with a regular litter box but my cats still make a mess on the floor. But the worst thing is when I’m changing the bag the robot thinks I’m a cat that went in and it starts to clean before I can get the new bag in it, which makes an even bigger mess. It does however reduce the smells, so I’m grateful for that!!!

I just love this thing! And the lifetime warranty really makes me feel secure in purchasing this…. if they end up following through if there is a problem with the product of course…. my cats took to it immediately, I think they like their extra clean litter box and I’m so glad that I now have less work to do bc they go a lot! Now to just see the lasting power of these things as this is my first one…. I will update on the longevity as this is a big purchase for me and if there is a problem, I’d definitely want a review saying so….

Life changing!
We were using a regular litter box with clumping litter before we got this contraption. No matter what litter we used, it still smelled. There was really no way around it. I wondered if our two cats would use this, but they took to it right away and I think they like it better than the old litter box. It’s very cool that this hooks up to an app and you can track your cat’s weight and health. It’s kind of crazy! But what I love about this litter box is it DOESN’T SMELL! All of the sudden, that corner of my house doesn’t smell like a cat port-a-potty. I love this thing! And I only have to change the waste bag once a week! The mat that you put in front of it catches the majority of any extra litter on my cats paws as they exit the box, so there’s a lot less litter tracking in my house. This is a game changer! I love it!

This thing is 100% worth the money.There is hardly any thing that I can think of thats worse than a dirty foul smelling litter box. This is a game changer. Its light weight, easy to put together. Simple instructions. Its amazing~!
