No replaceable parts, not truly “automated”
This litter box is not truly automated like it says it is in the description. You have to manually pull the tray out to get the poop to go in a tiny little bucket. Biggest beef is that there’s no way to buy any sort of replacement trays or traps Could maybe have looked past the Non-electric mechanisms if there was a way to buy new trays and traps. Definitely not worth the kind of money that I spent on it. really wish I would’ve returned it. Now I’m stuck with a non-functioning plastic box.

Worst product I ever spent 189.00 on You can barely put any litter in it. Be ready to try to scoop every pee or poop your kitty has. Also cannot locate company on website. Looks like they didn’t pay there bill. No way to purchase replacement trays. They are so flimsy they break and crack every time u go to empty it and you also waste more litter it does not only grap the poo it also grabs all the fresh litter. So upset right now

It doesn’t have instruction that are helpful. I have learned this litter box doesn’t require alot of litter. So you have to run rake through if it is difficult that means you have too much litter in the box. I have found less litter loss since. My big issue is where to get replacement liner etc

It broke after 4 months.We took the cover off because the sifter arm broke and have an extremely expensive tray for our kitty to use

Not self cleaning!!
This is advertised as self cleaning, but it is not. It must be manually raked and emptied into the receptacle. I think it deceives the customer when the ad information begins with the words “self cleaning”.

I was really excited as I felt this was a great transition between hand scooping and automated. This is a horrible product. You end up dumping more litter than poop/pee. The grate does not slide smoothly and gets stuck. I sadly waited to long to return it. Don’t purchase!!!
