I have a young 37 pound adult Australian blue heeler cattledog, which is stocky and short. She flys through the woods like a deer. I wanted something tough for this rugged little princess, with a big long and wide wrap of velcro that stays put. This coat is great. I bought it in Large. It is a little big in the tummy, so it wraps even more snuggly around her than on a bigger dog. Its well made, covers her tush and up her neck.Great coat at a great pricepoint.

I have a pitbull and finding a coat that would fit him is somewhat of a challenge because he’s a little bit broader in his chest and about 70ish pounds. I bought the biggest size which I think is in extra large or an extra extra large but it definitely fits him good could I have sized down one? Yes I’m sure I could have however, with the Velcro that goes around the belly and it’s literally so easy to put on and it keeps him warm and he loves it and he has never worn a jacket before so this definitely was a win-win in our family… And the shipping was quick I would purchase again.

Great Coat
It has been extremely difficult to find a good winter coat for our 100 lb Whatzit, but as you can see the coat fits great, easy to adjust the strap around Bentley’s waist (and he doesn’t get the strap wet when he pees), and the length is exactly what I was looking for. This coat is not water proof but it does have some water resistance and it dries well. I have the neck adjusted a bit loose so that I can just slip the coat over Bentley’s head which was very easy to do. I can highly recommend this coat. It is soft, warm, fits great, and is of good quality.

Buy big if you have a pit
I bought this jacket and it’s pretty good… But I should of bought the largest they had for my pit bull. It don’t do all the way to the back of him, but he still loves to wear his jacket and not fight me to put it on like others. Winter is almost over, so next winter I will be back here to buy the larger jacket for him. Good product and quality. I highly recommend it.

Fit underneath
This is a very nice, warm , durable coat but, only for girl dogs. The wrap underneath is to far back on the body and our male dogs pee on it.

My pitty just loves his coat, not to fawned of the color but it fits perfectly, the straps are great length, it’s longer of a coat so it goes to his tail keeps his back cozy warm, it doesn’t get in the way of doing his business. Happy pitty & Mommy too ❤️🐾

Es muy abrigador, el color es mucho más claro que lo que aparece en el anuncio pero nada que anule lo buen producto que es , es muy cómodo para ellos porque no es suéter, si no, tipo capa, tiene una tipo cinta para ajustarla a su cuerpo para que no se mueva el abrigo y les permite moverse cómodamente.

I wanted to love it, but I don’t. The fit is awkward on my Aussie cross and I am probably going to replace it next winter. I chose this for quality and while it’s pretty decent, it’s not as good as I expected. The other downside is the fact that we use a harness with our dog and it’s just not ideal because the harness has to go over the coat. I have the ability to sew a button hole for the harness attachment but this coat has a thick layer of fabric down the centre so it’s not worth messing with. Oh well…
