Basic carrier with a few problems
I appreciate that the carrier has multiple loading options (ends, side, top), which is convenient for different types of pets. The base of the mat is removable, which is helpful for washing. Unfortunately, one of the end zippers is broken, so we cannot use it and the other zippers stick frequently. The carrier is larger (advertised for up to 25 pounds) but lacks rigidity and the sides do not hold their shape well. This will work for the occasional trip to the vet, but I would hesitate to use it for travel or longer trips.

Sizeable carrier that’s a little unsteady
The support for this carrier easily slides out of its top holding position, especially if a cat decides it wants to sit on top. However, I do love the size of this carrier and it holds my 21lb cat with plenty of room for him.

My wife decided to Paris Hilton her dog around… Dog seems comfortable, theres plenty of room for him, its a good size for smaller breed dogs, and it seems to be of good build qualiity. I was glad it was a good deal.. Quick wipe down and its clean and ready for the next outing… Goofy design but its exactly what she wanted. Good deal for what it is.
