cute, plush interactive toy
This toy is sort of like the flopping fish, except that it is plush. I think it also makes a bit less noise. It comes with a charging cord and a little packet of catnip. My solo kitty, Stacey, is almost 11 years old and is relatively small (about 7.5 pounds). She played with this one as soon as I put it down on the floor (see video). But her playing with toys is pretty random, as she will seem totally uninterested and then suddenly interested (she’s a cat after all!).I put this on the carpet for her to play with because the internal mechanism is kind of loud if it bangs on hardwood floor. If it’s set as “on,” it will stop moving and then reactivate when kitty plays with it.It’s cute! Stacey has all three: Racoon, skunk, and fox. This one (fox) and the racoon are more plush (and in my opinion a little nicer because of that). But the skunk has longer “fur.” So it’s really a matter of what your kitty likes. All three work as they are supposed to.

A FOXFISH MUTATION, not to interesting.
This cat toy seemed like a good idea on paper but doesn’t translate well in real life. The fox flopping around with a singular movement doesn’t look to interesting to our cats.Poor fox doesn’t even have arms, it like a foxfish mutation. Please watch the video review. Thanks and have a nice day.

Not impressed
My cats are spoiled & I’m not sure but they were not impressed with these like their other interactive toys.

Charger cord doesn’t stay connected
My cats LOVE this toy but the charger cord is very loose. I’ve tried leaving it where no one can touch it so it can charge but it still won’t stay connected. Very cheap product. I’d be happy if I had paid $5 for it, but not $18.

Fun toy for pets & pet owners!
This is a fantastic interactive toy for pets! Our cat was intrigued by it and a little frightened. She was not motivated to attack it or engage with it in any way.Our dog was worried by the toy; she thought it was an injured animal and cried as the thing flopped around on the floor. When it stopped moving, the dog became concerned again and nudged it with her nose, which sent the thing flopping again. The dog was relieved the thing was still alive, and still alarmed that it might be injured. We finally had to move it away from the animal beds because both the cat and the dog would not lie on or near their beds with the stillness of the Flippin Skineeeez at that time.It was good for a laugh, and we like that we can take it apart and wash the thing’s skin. For those things alone, we give it five stars. We plan to leave it out for a little while and see if reactions change when dog and cat have had a chance to become better acquainted with their new toy. For now, we’re not too sure what they think of this thing. We know we think it’s pretty neat!

Fun Cat Toy!
This is a fun interactive cat toy. My cats were not quite sure what to make of it at first, but 2 out of 3 of them seem to thoroughly enjoy playing with this little fox. They also enjoy that it has catnip inside it. It was ready to play with upon opening and also came with a USB charger specific to the toy. It lights up red while charging and then the light goes out when it is fully charged. It operates by impact, so when one of the cats or I bat at it, it would start moving around. The movements are pretty fast and strong, so it may not be something that all cats like. If your cat has a good hunter instinct, they may love it! The mechanical part is fully removeable so your cat can still play with the toy without it. One of my cats prefers it without. I would recommend turning it off using the switch when not monitoring your pet for safety reasons.

Great Interactive Cat Toy But Dog Likes It Even More
Great little fox/squirrel (not exactly sure what animal it is) toy for cats. The flipping design is touch activated and works great. The entire animal bends upwards at the tail when touched and this action continues for a few minutes. After that, the toy stops moving, unless touched again. My cat does like the toy, but interestingly, my dog stole it from the cat almost immediately and started barking at it. He then gently nibbled at it, taking care not to harm it, as if it were real. He was very disappointed when the toy got taken away from him and barked in disbelief for a few more minutes. I am a little disappointed the toy does not make any animal noises, just the noise of the motor that makes the tail wag. I like the fact that the toy comes with a USB cable to recharge the battery. Overall, this is much better than anything we have gotten for our pets in the past and definitely sparks their interest and encourages play.

Cat does NOT like this toy
My cats are young and very playful, but this just didn’t attract them. The fake fur has a weird plastic feel like fake fur often does. Coukd be that. One cat loves mechanical fish but is terrified of this!
