Okay
My cat loves anything plush that I give him as a gift and will play with it just because he knows this is his toy human mom gave him and he always acts proud of it, so I cannot say for sure how well most cats would like this. The sea gull I received is just a plush toy. I hear no bells or crinkles with it. My cat is also picky about catnip, so I cannot say for sure if there is enough used in it or not. I am not sure how I feel about this toy. He does like it, but I grabbed it off Vine rather fast when I saw it because I am currently looking for things to give my cat again later for Christmas after I am sure he will like them, and this looked like his type of toy, but I did not see the environmentally friendly notice about it. I am all for recycling, but seeing this used to be plastic kind of freaked me out knowing my cat could chew on it. My cat really does not chew on things much anymore, so I am not terribly concerned, but I am not sure if I would get another. I did notice the turtle teaser has an extra delivery price even if you have Prime, and it almost doubles the cost of the toy, so that is something that needs to be paid attention to if ordering. I think this is a good idea (as long as the plastic is safe), and one should use their own judgement regarding if they want to pay the cost of the toy and if they think their cat will like it.

OMG they LOVE this!
First off, if this wasn’t a cat toy, I would STILL love it, because it’s so clever and creative and adorable. It’s just fun and playful as a little stuffed plushy. But it’s even more adorable as a catnip-filled toy for the furballs, because they can’t help themselves – it’s great that it’s broken into two pieces, and when we put it together as two, they end up pulling it apart and think that they’ve done something so special when they pull it apart. *hahaha* But it crinkles and makes noises, and they’re just living their best (nine) lives with this. So fun, so awesome.

Cats don’t understand the fish puzzle
Even though I didn’t think this smelled very strong got cat nip, apparently my cats did. They immediately started sniffing, then chewing and rubbing on it. What intrigued me about this toy was the puzzle aspect. However, my cats never discovered this feature despite their vigorous play with it. I did eventually pull it apart to show them, and they played with the pieces separately. When I put it back together, though, they still never got it apart again. They like the little bell sound and come running if I give it a jingle. It seems well made since it hasn’t been torn up yet, but I am disappointed in their lack of interest in getting the two pieces apart. It’s just another cute toy, and might lose appeal when the scent fades.

Does not interest either one of our cats
I hoped this would be a good play toy for our new cats but they weren’t interested. One cat is 7 and one is 2. They sniffed the toy and that was it.

The Seagull is a Hit!
My cats, as most, are choosy about their toys. The Seagull by Grrrreen is a hit with 2 of our 5 cats, and I don’t think they’ve let the other 3 see it yet. It’s larger than I expected, 6” long. Very plush and soft, as I expected from the description of it being made of recycled plastic bottles – great to have the benefit of saving bottles from the oceans or landfills. The video shows my 18-month Maine coon checking it out. She sniffed and held it for about 10 minutes before deciding what type of toy it is. In this case, it turns out it’s a hockey puck. She spent a good 20 minutes batting it around, and a second kitty joined in the fun. I noticed she’s playing with it again on the second day, which is often not the case. A couple days later my big silver guy found it and started carrying it around. So I’ll give this guy a solid 5-star rating since it interests my finicky felines.
