Softest shirt he owns!
Soft, lightweight for summer, and color is so great! Nice and long for my dachshund’s long body. He is 14 lbs and wears a 12. We ordered in two more colors as it’s the softest shirt he has! He has to wear one always, unfortunately, even in summer, as he is diabetic and we have to keep his freestyle libre monitor snug under his shirt on his body.

Great for dogs who are difficult to fit
I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m really pleased with this shirt. My bulldog/boxer mix must be oddly shaped because dog clothes never fit him correctly. But this shirt fits him well. He’s 70 lbs but I went with size 20 because the recommended weight range is never right for him. It’s always too big. I needed something snug. He’s got allergies and is always scratching at himself this time of year. Despite having his hypoallergenic diet, supplements, creams, shampoos, and antihistamines, he is the world’s itchiest dog come August. I wanted a shirt that would prevent him from scratching himself raw, but not be too hot. He seems really comfortable in it. It stretches nicely around his broad chest and extra neck fat without being too loose around his belly. The material is soft and doesn’t irritate his super sensitive skin. And I think it’s quite handsome on him. I’m definitely purchasing another. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend this shirt, especially if your pup is difficult to size/fit.

Love this shirt
My Honey Bea has a fatty tumor on her right side, it doesn’t bother her at all and we are having it removed in next couple of months, but occasionally she accidentally nicks it with her back paw if she scratches her head or ear as her paw is coming down. The vet suggested I put one of my tshirts on her and I did and what a joke! She’s part pitty, beagle, lab, etc. her length is short but her chest is large! So the human shirt didn’t really work, so I did some research and this shirt is THE WINNER! Fabric is sooooo soft! Stretchy and designed so well for dog movement! Cute colors and she looks like she has a little dress on from behind! I ordered her an 18 and it fits like a pair of yoga pants! 🤣 I may order the next one in a 20 just to see the difference! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

UV Protection in Hot California Weather
He can walk and enjoy in hot weather. I am so happy for him, and hope his skin can protected. My small Maltese is 8 pound, and Girth is 14″, so I purchased size 6 from review that it is stretchable. However, it is too small. I returned and purchased size 8. It is still really fitted. But He looks so happy, so I think it is fine. The fabric is soft, and light weight. Just size is tricky to fit.

Size Guide Works, Great Product!
I measured my dogs from their neck/collar area to their butt. The length, in inches, correlates to the size you should buy. For example, if your dog measures at 12″ he should get a size 12. I ordered my 60lb boxer lab mix a size 22 and it covered all the essential areas! She loves to sit outside in the sun but we limit her time weekly, concerned about sunburn. This covered her belly as hoped. She was technically 23″ when I measured her but was worried it would be too baggy if I got 24 so I ordered a 22. I just ordered a 24 to cover more of her hind area. Our 17lb Coton de Tulear measured at 12 inches and a size 12 was a perfect fit. He has a problem with peeing on jackets we buy due to it covering too much of his stomach- had zero problems like that with this shirt. Fabric quality seems good, it’s nice and stretchy without feeling cheap. Neither dog scratched at it when worn so they found it comfortable, which is most important!

Worth Every Penny!
I live in South Florida where in the summer it’s in the mid-80’s with almost 100% humidity at 9am. My dog has very thick black fur so I bought a cooling vest for him, but it was so thick and heavy I returned it and bought this instead. I have a 23lb beagle mix with a 22″ chest and size 16 fit him perfectly.I keep it in a bowl of ice water in the fridge and wring it out really well. Somehow after we get back from a 20 minute walk it’s still damp, and the best part is his fur underneath is cool to the touch. The sides are long enough so that no matter how many times he tries to shake it off, it doesn’t flip up onto his back like I’ve read in reviews for similar products. He loves his walks very much and I’m happy this shirt keeps him a lot cooler.

Not made for pitbulls
The fabric is awesome. Very lightweight and soft. It stretches, but for a pitbull, it doesn’t fit the chest area right. It’s too tight in the front and around the leg holes due to it being so stretched for the chest. The length was great though and covered her whole back. Great product, but not the best fit for my doggo.

Sun shirt for my black dog
I got this t shirt for my black dog who though he will bake himself in the sun at times while lounging does better while walking if he does not get overheated from too much sun. I live in arizona and travel to a higher altitude sunny place each year as well. This silvery sun shirt exceeded my expectations and works quite well. I was even able to hike at 9,000 feet last summer without the overheating issue. The fabric is lightweight, stretchy and well tolerated by even my clothes hating dog. I measured him as per the instructions and got the size 12 which turned out to be perfect. He is a thin, long bodied 18 pound dog, a Chinese crested mix most likely, with wavy but not overly thick fur. I happen to have a sun shirt that looks like the same fabric which gave me the idea to get him one as it has worked well for me, of course now we sometimes have matching outfits which is pretty silly. Hope this information helps all of you good doggie humans.

If you ever tried cooking vests, sun shirts or coverups, you looked in all the wrong places. As someone who had tried many brands of all three, I found this company and I can’t rave about them enough. It stays in place, she was running and jumping on a windy day and it never flipped up, stretched out and it covered her alopecia patch nicely, without added bulk. She is 33” girth with 24” length at 72 pounds, and according to the chart she was a 24. I ordered a 22 because I didn’t want any wrinkles or bulk under her SD best and I was very pleased.We transition from a river trail walk to the grocery store, and the wet shirt tried on the 10 min car ride there, and the mud splashes on her chest were barely noticeable once it was dry.15/10 I will be buying more and searched the company on the internet for more styles, they do custom sizing and even tripods!Shipping through Amazon was slow and a bit of a pain with my first order lost in transit, but worth the hassle and wait. Won’t even dock a star for that, I’m that pleased.

The actual product is 100! It’s exactly what I needed, it’s a perfect shell for under my hairless standard Xolo’s harness to prevent rubbing. But the price was silly, when the actual company Gold Paw sells them for 1/2 the price I paid, in the US. I did order a second one, for my female stardard Xolo and hers was $30 less, same size, just a different colour. The ranges of prices I’m finding all over Amazon are something I am considereding now, before each purchase.

Mein Malteser hat sehr dünnes Fell und neigt schnell zu Sonnenbrand. Seitdem sie dieses Shirt trägt ist das nicht mehr der Fall. Ich habe auch das Gefühl dass sie dadurch weniger erhitzt. Hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt.
