Exactly what I needed
This brush was used to on my dog. It was easy to use and helped with loose hair. As I was brushing my dog he really liked the feeling. Best part is it was super easy to remove the hair on the brush. The brush is big enough to hold and definitely was money well spent. I even used it on my cats as well. Worked perfectly fine.!

Pretty dang good brush
I’ve been searching for a brush that was easy to use, good for hair removal, durable, and especially one my dog would approve of. He loved the brush, hates all other brushes. The brush left the same shine and brushed coat he had with other brushes but he loved this. If I were to recommend a brush based on what a dog would want, this is it. For any dog parents, it just works well between puppy and yourself. It’s not a huge brush but not too small, it’s a decently cheap brush. He loved the brush and it is so easy to take the hair out of the brush instead of trying to comb it out. Definitely loved this.

Works great, very easy to clean
The retractable metal bristles work well with just gentle pressure, and the retraction mechanism seems sturdy and works well. Our cat wasn’t a huge fan initially, but once she got some treats she was perfectly happy to sit there and allow us to brush her.

I love self cleaning.
I had one without the prong tips, but lost it. My dog is anxious and so runs around and tries to sit while doing anything to him, even if it shouldn’t be scary. He’s a big dog and tends to accidentally hurt me when he freaks out. So I thought he might be less anxious if I used this. He is part Rottweiler, and part something else, and has short hair with a really thick undercoat. His hips tend to shed a lot, but thick tufts of hair come out and are not easy to grab. This brush works better than some but it tends to just go over the thick patches instead of pull them up. The one without the prong covers work great. I do have to be careful not to put pressure on the brush and brush in small strokes working out the thick layer with the other brush. With this one I don’t have to be as careful but it just gets the surface stuff. He gets impatient the more I do it. If you have a dog that does not have a thick undercoat, this brush would be awesome!!

Easy to remove hair
Effective on both dogs, that have very different types of hair. The sheltie has thick two-layer hair, the big dog has short thick hair. This comb collect massive amounts of dog hair. Push the button, combs retractable, and all the hair slides off the flat base. The dogs don’t seem to mind the feel from the coated comb tips. Unlike other slicker brushes. It is also lighter than others I have purchased and has a good grip.

I love it this product so much!!!
I have two big huskies, and as we all know, their fur can get wild. I use this brush every night to help manage their shedding, and they actually enjoy being brushed. They even grab the brush with their mouths and bring it to me when they’re ready for a grooming session, which I think is adorable. It’s easy to remove the hair from the brush, it’s comfortable to hold, and the price is reasonable. It’s also durable. I highly recommend it for anyone with big, long-haired, furry dogs.

Amazing brush for dogs!
My dog and my son’s dog both love being brushed with this! It even gets through stuck in cockle burrs in their fur! Easy to clean! So happy with this brush I bought a second one for my son and his wife to use at their house. Great value!

Very nice
I’m dog-sitting my friend’s Great Pyrenees at their house and discovered that there was no brush here, so I ordered this one, which Amazon delivered the next day.The brush is very well made and of a good size. I like the fact that switching between the brushing position and the cleaning position of the bristles is a toggle — you press the button once to switch between them.And the dog loves that brush. He obviously had no idea what it was when it first arrived, but one day later he already comes over and lies down on his side when he sees me picking up the brush. His coat is also much neater and feels softer.
