My dog loved it. Loves tugging on toys.

This is a soft, but sturdy and well-designed toy with a comical bear face.
My dog has developed a charming routine where he showers me with affection and cuddles while eagerly anticipating a new toy. But once he has the new toy in his mouth, he immediately runs off to play with it uninterrupted by his human companions. So, imagine my dog’s great surprise when he took off with the bear’s head in his mouth only to find out it was a tug of war toy. And the Swooflia tug-of-war dog squeaky plush toy proved to be resilient during our initial brief session, stretching and holding its shape without any signs of wear. The reinforced plush material is incredibly soft to the touch and my assumption is that it will also feel soft and comfortable in the dog’s mouth. The material is stitched together very well so my belief is that this toy should hold together even against a somewhat aggressive chewer like my dog is. The crinkle material does stretch out easily and then bounce back into place. And the squeaker is a nice addition to the toy. While all those qualities are also appreciated by my dog, this toy has one attribute that is properly most appreciated by a dog’s human companion. Unlike many dog toys that feature hastily designed faces, the bear face on this plush toy is crafted with a level of detail that could easily compete with toys intended for human infants. Its comical expression and thoughtful placement contribute to the overall appearance making it a delightful item to have around the house. This is a soft, but sturdy and well-designed toy with a comical bear face.

I’ve heard a stitch pop, but that’s about it!
I have a super chewer pup that tears up plush toys like they’ve personally offended him for simply existing. Squeakers typically go within five minutes, and then he loses interest until a particularly hyperactive moment where he’ll remove all the stuffing he can and revel in the mess. I’ve learned that he loves to play tug, but he isn’t interested in basic rope toys that are meant for the REALLY serious games… Nope, it has to be something like a sock or a plush like this.I like how it looks; it reminds me of a cactuar from Final Fantasy. The springy middle is great for those moments where you’re doing little rapid micro-tugs and adds some interest from the crinkle paper. Handle is a good thickness (too thin would cut into your hand, too thick would hurt to grip). So far, he’s found the squeaker, but he hasn’t torn it out yet. His bite strength is much stronger than my grip, and all I’ve heard from the toy is a crack or two from a stitch pulling when we play. I can’t even figure out where it happened! Maybe it’s from one of those gridlines and not something that’s keeping the stuffing inside? That’s my best guess. It’s nice to have a soft toy last more than a single play session!!

Squeak, crinkle and tug! It’s a winner
This is a nicely made cactus toy with a cute face and plenty of ways for a puppy to enjoy interacting with it. Some of the best features include that the central abdomen part (not that cacti really have abdomens) is not just crinkly, it is elastic so when you pull on it, there’s an added dimension of fun. The pull handle is comfortable in the human’s hand and while it’s sturdy it is also soft enough so that if a puppy wakes up and decides she is going to wake you up by whopping you with the toy it is not going to be overly uncomfortable. Our dog likes it for throwing, catching, shaking and thrashing, squeaking and crinkling. She is not a destructive chewer but she is seriously teething right now and the build quality is standing up well to that. It is a bright green that should stand out clearly on most flooring which decreases the chance that it can be a trip hazard for humans – and I always really like that in a dog toy. We would recommend it to others except for people who have highly determined destructo dogs.

    Reasonable dog toy.
We have 2 bulldogs that qualify as “aggressive chewers” not in their veracity, but in their persistence. It’s rare that we have a soft new chew toy or ball last more than a few days. The rigid hard ones will last longer, but they don’t seem to enjoy them as much. They particularly enjoy the toys and balls that squeak, but usually they will pull them apart within a few hours/days so they no longer squeak.I think this is a nice combination of several toys. Yes, it’s strong enough to hold up (at least, for now) to tug of war and the head squeaks, which they love. There is also crinkle paper inside. They took to this right away and have been doing their own version of either tug-of-war or “keep away.” I doubt this will hold up for too long, but so far so good. This toy is currently on sale for $13.99 with a 15% coupon which is a fair deal especially if you consider that it is delivered to your door for free. If this holds up longer than a few days, I’ll probably change the review to 5 stars.

    Fun tug toy!
This is a fun dog toy for dogs who love playing tug of war! My dog is only about 20lbs, so this is a little big for her but it’s still been fun to play with her. The squeakers work well, the handle is a nice touch. The fabric is holding up well, she’ll chew throw anything given enough time but it’s holding up alright so far. I like this and would purchase another one in the future!

    It’s a hit!
This blue monster (bear) is cute and durable.  It incorporates something for all dogs.  My parents just adopted to bonded dogs. One loves squeakers and one loves tug of war so this is perfect for them.  They have played and played with it.  One even carries it around and brings it to you to play with him.  While they are not super aggressive chewers, they have managed to chew a small hole but no big deal.  It has definitely held up better than most stuffed toys.  It is a really nice toy! It is certainly well-loved!
