It Works, We Love It!
I have an 11 y/o Peekapoo that hated getting his eyes/face cleaned but didn’t mind me applying the balm. The balm made the tear stains soft/easy to wipe away – no resistance from my fur baby since I began using it this week. It feels nice similar to a lip balm or body butter with a mild, natural smell. I am pleasantly surprised at how quick and well this product works. It really does work on stubborn tear stains. The only reason I am not uploading photos is because my baby is black, and tear stains weren’t all that visible to begin with. But we most certainly can feel the difference. Cleaning his face is a more pleasant experience for both of us.

We returned this product. It made our Shorkie look like he had worse tear stains. I have tried so many products and also water with a little hydrogen peroxide and have gone back to using soap and water.*EditWe heard from the vendor. We weren’t entitled to a refund since we were past the refund date. They offered and gave us a refund. This was very nice. I feel the product may work very well for dogs with white or dark coats. For our little Shorkie with carmel colored hair, it darkened the area.
