My go-to devotional for small children
This is my favorite devotional for small children. I used to read it every night before bed to my older son for several years until he outgrew it. We’ve read it cover to cover, countless times. Now I read it to my younger son. It’s arranged into categories like forgiveness, gratitude, and courage, and includes a ribbon bookmark to keep your place. Each page has a Bible verse; a short, relatable devotional story featuring one of the Bear children (just the right length for little attention spans); and a short prayer you can say together. I’ve tried many children’s devotionals and have struggled to get my children interested in them. My kids love the Berenstain Bears, and these stories keep them engaged using characters, topics, and language that they can relate to, all while teaching them Biblical principles and values.

Great Nightly Children’s Devotional
We love Berenstain Bear books and love this nightly devotional. It’s perfect including a bible verse, a story relative to the verse, a “think-about it” portion for kids (even great for small children), and a prayer that rhymes. We’ve been reading this every night before bed with my 3-year old and 7-year old. It also includes an illustration with one or more lovable/well known Berenstain characters & a ribbon bookmark. We really like this as it’s a perfect book to end the day. I highly recommend and is a great book to add to the bedtime routine!

Great Devotional For Small Children
I was looking for a devotional that would hold my 4 year olds attention and after 3 attempts, i found this book. The lessons and prayer aren’t very long but very appropriate for young minds. I am VERY happy with this book and reccomend it to everyone. I provided a snap shot of one lesson.

Lovely devotional with our favorite characters
If you like the Berenstein Bears you will love this devotional. One page readings are super applicable to children’s lives, talking about things like getting along with others or being kind. You don’t have to read in order, you can skip around. It’s nice to have some of our favorite characters helping us with prayers and learning of Gods love. My 11 year old is too old for it, but she’s a good sport while we read with our little ones ages 6 and 3.
