The best litter I have ever bought.
We have seven indoor cats and have tried every kind of litter. When I saw this, I liked that it was natural and environmentally friendly. I love how you can flush it down the toilet. Any cat lover knows what a great feature that is. There is no bad smell and the tracking is minimal with our seven cats. Clumping is perfect and it is lightweight. Overall, this is a great quality litter.

Pleasantly surprised!
I’ve used flushable litter and pellet litter before and neither worked that well. However this has done quite a good job masking odor without having an odd lingering smell in the air.I’ve had this in one box for a month and the litter still looks pristine. My fresh step litter box is always needing to be cleaned because it’s dusty and the litter needs changed out even when regularly scooping.I’ve bought this twice now and will be buying again 🙂

Cat litter
We have tried many varieties of litter: clay, crystal, tofu, clumping and non clumping, scents, and are still looking for “the one”. This litter has good clumping, you can flush it (but I prefer not to because I’m nervous about an old plumbing system), it doesn’t track as much as traditional or crystal but it does still track some, much lower dust than clay or crystal, has excellent odor control. It is still too expensive though, we switched back to crystal after trying this. If it were cheaper, I would switch.

I liked the idea of the Tuft & Paw litter because of the low tracking and low dust but after buying a bag I realized 1. It’s expensive and 2. It did little for odor control. This litter is similar but with added charcoal for the odor control. It’s also less expensive. So far, so good. I will keep buying it as long as my cat keeps using it.

Not for me
I think this may be better for those with only one cat. I tried this out in a smaller kitty litter box to see if I and my cats would like it. (I still had my larger litter box out in case they didn’t like it.) It took them a day or so before they would actually use it. I think it clumped pretty well actually. And I didn’t notice too much smell until day two after use. I went to empty it, but my normal sifting scooper had a difficult time with the shape of this litter. You will definitely need a VERY wide slotted scooper.After maybe a week, I decided to just dump the rest. It was too much of a hassle to scoop and I didn’t want to have to buy a new scooper. The smell wasn’t really that bad, but not as good control as my regular clumping litter.I wasn’t going to flush any of this since I have a septic tank, but I would have loved that feature if I was on city sewers.I actually really liked that it was super lightweight and easy to pour into the litterbox. And that it was made of biodegradable material.In all, it just wasn’t for me and my cats, but may be for others.

Good litter for ordor control but gets dirty quickly. I need a lot of it even 5 bags not enough to fill a large litter box. It tracks bad too. The shipping is over a week with prime and then they delay it every single time.
