Wow ….. a cat bed my girl doesn’t reject
Just got my travel cat bed and put it down near my office desk to allow it to air out (always a chemical smell to these products). Couldn’t believe that my girl just went over, sniffed it, went inside and scratched at the bottom (didn’t have cushion in). Then, within a few minutes, she laid down for a brief nap. I think the design is good because a kitty can be resting and the opening allows them to be aware of what’s going on around them. The cat caves would make me a bit claustrophobic but am sure some are fine being pretty much enclosed.

My kittens have abandoned all other beds for this one!
This travel bed is awesome and compacts down for easy traveling! The interior cushion is so cozy and fluffy and definitely far exceeds what I assumed it would be like, being a travel bed. Whats so funny now, though, is that I bought several luxury beds for our kittens when we brought them home and they both prefer this bed! The travel bed! Who would have thought! The two kittens sleep in it together and obviously love that they feel hidden and secure in their little cave. It’s adorable. What do I do now with the expensive merino wool cat caves and other luxury beds we bought?! Haha.

My cat loves it!
I ordered this bed for my cat Creamsicle and it’s safe to say he loved it pretty much immediately! I love that it gives you the option to both be a cave and an open cat bed. The pillow piece that goes inside/on top is so soft I almost wanted to lay my head down on it myself but someone beat me to it! My furr-baby has been sleeping in it for hours!! It’s a hit in our house for sure!

Initially, I ordered this Travel Cat condo/bed thinking of my moms kitties, who are indoor/outdoor cats and could likely use something like this with the inclement and cold weather approaching in our neck of the woods. Now I think I’ll keep it and just SUGGEST/RECOMMEND this product to her, lol. This is one of those occasions when the product not only meets your expectations, but EXCEEDS them, and I am THRILLED with the VALUE this product provides…all at a very affordable and friendly price point!I’ve never seen a product designed quite like this. It is versatile, and can be used as an indoor bed/lounger as well as an outdoor wind and rain protection dome for your kitty. It come with a dual sided SUPER SOFT AND COZY, PLUSH pillow that can be inserted on the weatherproof bottom lining of the dome. You can also push down on the honeycomb like top of the dome to turn it into the lounger/bed, and the pillow can then be placed in the middle of that. The frame is made from a quality and plush foam, perhaps a memory foam (?), that you can literally feel the quality of when you squeeze it…its apparent that alot of love and consideration went into creating this product!The cozy, plush circular pillow insert is double sided; with a soft,grey, tweed-like microfiber side, and a luxe, velvety black side you can change to suit your kitties preference. Since this is advertised as something for a cat to use outdoor to stay cozy and warm, I first considered this as its intended function, although it also states you can use it as a lounger/bed. I don’t yet have a kitty, but am planning to get one in the next 2 months. I’ve already began to accumulate all that the kitty will need, including an official “bed” and one other lounger that is part of a donuts style tunnel toy. Since I’m looking to add a young cat (if not a kitten) to your family, I immediately considered this Travel Cat product as something that could be very valuable to our own kitty. I can totally picture he or she snuggling up in the comfy cushion; the domed set up being a perfect “hideout” for them . I’ve had a kitten before, albeit it was many years ago and I do think that this small lounger will be perfect to use in various rooms of the house, for options.i would absolutely recommend this Travel Cat versatile lounger/bed. It’s a brilliant way to address keeping your cat warm while they are outside in colder weather. The bottom does seem to have some weatherproofing, but I would for sure keep it in a covered area, away from rain or spouts. Shipping was super fast, which is always convenient…I received mine within a few days. I’ve shown it to a friend with two young cats, and he thinks its super cool, plush and lux too. His cats are younger, and indoor, and they already have bedding option, but he says he’d buy it at the current price is he needed a bed for them. It definitely would fit either one cat, or perhaps two smaller cats/bigger kittens. If you’re looking for a bedding option for your kitty, or want to get an affordable option to keep them safe, dry and warm outside while you’re away, this is a really good, affordable option to consider…It also comes with its own carrying case which makes storing and traveling with it super easy!

Cats love, not easy to wash
Got two one in each color. The cats love them o e always sleeps inside, the other colapses it every time and sleeps on top.The only reason it is 4 stars is because it turns out they are not easy to wash. Requires hand washing and laying out to dry. Was really hoping for something machine washable and missed that detail when buying so thought i would share this important detail. Otherwise they love them.
