It was a hit!
This is such a cute idea. But I’ll start out with why I went with 4 instead of 5. The design of the actual sandwich just looks cheap. It looks like some simply stuck a few pieces of felt together, which is fine, but I was anticipating something a little bit more professional looking rather than an art project. That being sad, my cat did love it. He played with it for a good long while and definitely enjoyed whatever catnip was inside. I like that there are no extra hard pieces that could pop off during play, so for that reason I feel confident about the safety of it. And, while he’s been playing with the sandwich pretty hard, it’s holding up well.
