Well designed product, worth the money
This fits perfectly in the back seat of mazda C 5 and covers the foot wells so the dogs have a sturdy safe area in the back seat. Well made, holds 150 lbs of 2 dogs.1 side folds up for a passenger, thoughtful design, 2 slots for connecting a strap to collar or harness for safety. Straps fit quickly around head rests & hand hold handles. Easy to install or remove. Only con is the base is covered with material that is a bit slippery (probably to wipe up easily) and i throw a rug down for stability. Be aware if you position you front seats all the way back they may be right against the hardboard base, & you can prop the base up when the dogs aren’t in the car. We really like being able to use it with the longer safety straps or leash clipped to harness instead of the dogs loose in the far back. They like being closer to us and enjoy the rides. Really nice product.

sturdy extender for big dogs
This extender is great for my 2 dogs. I have a 65 pounder and an 85 pound dog and this helps to add extra room for them. It seems to be very sturdy and i like that it protects my seats so well. It not only protects the seat and the back of the seat that they are on but also the backs of my front seats and the doors as well. I also likes that it zips up to help protect my doors.

Gave my big dog lots more room!
I’m really happy with this!I had been searching for a couple a years for an affordable way to make my back seat larger for my big dog.This was SO easy to install, I didn’t read instructions, just set it up within a couple of minutes. It fit so perfectly without much adjustment, thankfully I measured! I tucked the sides under just fine, the material is great because dog hair won’t stick to it like it might with a fabric hammock.The bottom is solid and gives my 100 lb boy the perfect amount of room!

A good option for large SUV
After trying a different option, I ordered this backseat extender based on the dimensions that would fit my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. The quality isn’t as nice as the first option I ordered, but it fits. We have 2 Australian Shepherds and 2 Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers who often travel with us. We’ll see how it stands up to a long road trip with 2 of our 4 dogs. The buckles that tighten the sides don’t tighten quite as much as needed to have a flush fit, and I wish the mesh window between the front seats had a zipper option. The hard bottom came slightly bent from transport or storage and required flattening to fit in flish.Overall, it was a good choice for my vehicle, even if not perfect.

Such a great seat cover! I have two dogs that like to stretch out on car rides and they’re both 60 pounds. This cover allows them to stretch out comfortably. Easy to take out and set up, and the size is great. So far, it’s been pretty durable, no rips or tears or zipper issues. The waterproof aspect has been good, as well. I’d recommend for sure!

Fits great for ~100 lb dog in Chevy Traverse
My dog needs to lay down while in the car. Just having purchased a Chevy traverse, I didn’t think about needing to find an extender for the backseat for her. Works like a charm! She’s comfortable and safe in the car. Comes with a seatbelt for her harness and zips on both sides so she can’t jump out as soon as I open the door! Great quality and has held up so far.

Using in a 2017 double cab ram 1500, so smaller than a crew cab but still the regular opening doors. If is not quite wide enough for the back seat of a full size truck (does quite reach properly across my back seat), but all the full size truck versions of these were slightly too deep to fit between my back seat and the rear of the front seats. This one is good for the depth in a full size quad/double cab (depending on what your manufacturer calls them), it fits well between the front and back seats, but is a bit too narrow across the rear seats.Has held up very well though with my 100lb dog on long road trips though. Not perfectly water proof though, I had a drink leak in my back seat all over it, and it did leak through and soak into my seat, but overall it’s still a great product. Easy to set up.

Other options look great in the pics but in the reviews you can see the bottom is flimsy. I really wanted a hard bottom so that the dogs don’t fall through, and this is perfect.Fits in a Mazda 3 perfectly. Our seatbelt clips were purchased separately.

Awesome product. If you are getting a new puppy, or two get this! It saved our back seat from every puppy stain you could imagine. It has a strong hard floor so it can support their weigh. They have chewed through the door supports that protects the car doors but we attached a cord that works ok. I am so glad we bought this and they are used to it, and fall asleep together, and no car accidents.
