I love it!
Soldier here – I remember I was a barracks manager, and we had a real problem of people pulling the fire alarms at the worst hours of the night, so I tried to get creative by buying some UV dye and a black light and identify the culprits whenever we piled out. I was tickled to find that this could also just be a normal flashlight and a strobe light – it’s bright and durable. I was also surprised to find this was not made in China, but rather, in Germany!Anyway, I lost that one I bought, but I loved it so much I bought another!The battery life could be better, but given the brightness, it’s impressive it lasts as long. Takes 3 AAA batteries, but it can also take one of those big lithium ion batteries, and may last a little longer.I currently have an issue with mine – I have a build-up of moisture inside the lens after trying to wash oil off of it, but I don’t know how to disassemble it to let it dry. Could I get some feedback from the manufacturer about how to addressthis?

Saving time, labor and cash.
Freon leaks when small are so hard to find. Injecting small amount of dye only takes moments to see the leak. Even as small as pin head. Dye shines brightly. Specially at.dawn in a car system or central air. Worked in ac forn30 yrs before discovering this answer.

They work great. Needing a UV light to find A/C leaks and also a flashlight for working on vehicles. This covers both.

The black light isn’t very strong. If you’re using to find urine messes the room needs to be completely dark.

The UV bulb works to cure UV curable adhesives. The flashlight is bright and the whole shebang is sturdy and compact. Great product.

Bought this for rock hounding. Entry level but gets the job done. Button design could be better though. You need to click how many times to get to the UV mode which is annoying.

Io la tengo in macchina anche perché la luce ultravioletta mi aiuta a trovare le piccole d’eredità dei liquidi. ConsiglioPrecisazione, la torcia non è proprio uguale all’immagine.
