Prefect fit for my dogs crate
My dog seems to be happy, so I’m happy!We’ve had to wash it a few times, the cover comes off relatively easily, but it’s also not hard to just squash it all into the washer if you have a bigger sized washing machine. I’ve also done spot cleaning and washed it in a tub, so it’s fairly easy to keep clean. It definitely picks up fur, but most pet beds do, so that’s pretty normal. No rips or tears yet, though even if it does happen, I know how to sew enough that I’d just fix it. I should wash it more often, but even only washing occasionally I haven’t noticed any build up of smell. Maybe I’m noseblind, though, who knows. I’ve laid on it a time or two while snuggling with my doggo, so I can confirm that it is comfy, and from kneeling on it in the crate to get inside for spot cleaning, I can also confirm that it is supportive enough that you no longer feel the bars of the bottom of the crate. Our crate used to have a tray, but it broke during a move, so it’s just bars on the bottom, not happy for doggy feet. This has fully solved that problem.

Lightweight and easy to clean
This dog bed is a lightweight foam with a fluffy covering you can remove to wash. It does inflate once you take it out of the packaging, but even after 48 hours, it is not 3 inches thick like it should be. The pictures make it look thicker/more cushioned. But it is comfy and my 74-pound dog likes it. Have already washed the covering once and it is still nice and fluffy. It has also withstood some digging/rooting by a pit/bulldog mix and a hound mix and they didn’t rip it, so that’sa plus.

I bought the XXL version and followed the instructions that came with the package: open it and let it rest for a couple of days BEFORE using it so it has time to expand to its advertised size… even though I felt tempted to use it before that time… I did however take the cover off and let the bitch test it w/o the foam as if it were just a blanket and she loved it, also ended up using only the Comy Canvas size for a reason explained below in the “Cons” (check it out). I bought this bed to use it inside a metal wire dog crate that had the same dimensions and it fit just perfectly. The bitch did pee once on the bed “because”, the foam didn’t get wet so the waterproof seems to work just fine. The cover comes with washing instructions so I followed them and it was just fine, it didn’t come apart in the washing machine or the drying machine.So far I had it for only 9 days but here is what I have to say about it:Pros:The dimensions was exactly as stated in the product description 48″x30″x3″.The Deluxe polyester AKA the “softer and warmer” side feels very soft and the bitch loved it.The fabric of the cover feels very high quality for the price.There is a small covering at the end of the zipper line to cover the zipper head underneath so the dog cant see it and prevents the dog from pulling it, chewing it, opening the zipper, etc.The foam inside the cover is protected with a plastic cover to water proof it, it has its own zipper.Can easily rip off the washing instructions w/o damaging the cover.The foam can be easily replaced by whatever you want if one day you desire to.The foam is soft but sturdy enough for a 46lbs dog so it does not completely sink when on top, the experience might be different with a heavier dog but worst case scenario you can just get a foam that suits your particular needs.Can be washed on a washing machine.Can be dried on a drying machine.My bitch really likes to sleep on it.Cons:The zipper head is a bit difficult to push into the zipper cover at the end of the line, I recommend using something like an ice-cream wooden or plastic stick to push it in a bit until the zipper head thread to pull it out is at least flush with the cover so the dog cant spot it and start pulling on it. I push the threat a little bit further and just use a tweezer to pull the thread out a bit so I can pull it.The Deluxe polyester side although feeling great may not be good for dogs that like to chew or pull it, my bitch began to pull it a minute after she was laying on top of it so I had to reverse her bed and have only allowed her to use it on the Comy Canvas “Cool” side since then. I don’t know if the material is hazardous or if the strands are long enough to pose a threat to a dogs intestines but I decided not to put that to the test, so If you decide to use the warmer side make sure you pay attention to your dog as soon as he begins to use it until at least from 30min to 1hr, and from time to time check on your dog.The plastic cover for the foam has a strong new-plastic smell, I found it a bit intrusive but my bitch could care less.Overall I like it and my bitch seems to like it too, so I 100% recommend it to anyone.

Did not expand to full thickness mentioned in description. Maybe 2 inches after two full days of letting it air out. Also, easy to tear up. My dog was able to chew it up in three days. Disappointed is an understatement.

Flat & Thin!!!!
I was so excited to get my dog a new bed and when I got this it honestly was disappointing. It looks like they’ve cheaped out on the material and now it’s as flat and as thin as ever I’ll definitely be reaching out to see if I can get the correct foam insert as this bed does look amazing and my pup would love it!!!

Comfy, durable, waterproof, and very easy to clean!
I was nervous about purchasing a crate pad online without being able to assess the quality myself, especially with the low price point. Rest assured, this is a durable well made item. My puppy loves it and will seek it out. The inner foam pad feels (through the liner, I didn’t open it), like the egg crate type, but is plenty firm enough to offer support. It doesn’t squash flat, it’s almost like a thin mattress.He urinated on it the second day we had it. The cover was easy to remove, rinse out, and throw in the wash. It didn’t shrink or fray in the dryer and was easy to replace on the pad. The zipper appears durable. The inner pad has a truly waterproof cover (which doesn’t make a crinkly sound or smell like chemicals by the way). I just rinsed the whole pad off in the shower.The outer cover has two sides. One is very tough, the other has a plush soft surface. Our puppy who loves soft toys immediately tried to chew it, so we just flipped it over until he outgrows having to have everything in his mouth.On the downside, (my fault!), this pad is way too large for the 40” Aspen crate we have. As it turns out, the crate’s inner dimensions are 34×21 on the floor of the cage where it’s narrower than the sides. I will be purchasing another smaller version of this pad for the crate, and this larger one will be for lounging around the house. As a bonus it fits the back of my car perfectly.

This product Is a waste of money. It says to give it time to get to full size but it’s been a whole 24h and the size hasn’t changed. It’s not puffing up. And the padding is so minimal. I only picked this bed because it looks and says it’s thick. But it’s just cheap. I don’t recommend. I got 2. So much wasted money.

That being said my master chewer dog has never not chewed apart a bed. What are my choices, no more beds? That’s just mean. Loved the product for the time it lasted. Nice material, love that it was washable (though we didn’t get there). Good price.

FINAL UPDATE: This seller has been so great in helping me, I wish all sellers were like this. I received noticed that they have given me a full refund of my purchase after I turned down the 50% refund. I will surely buy my larger bed from than again as they have quality and stand behind their product.UPDATE AGAIN: SO I CHANGED MY REVIEW——so the new bed I received from seller itself is great and the seller has contacted me again because the size they sent was not the size I bought and was total different bed. So seller has contacted me again and they offered a 50% refund and that it could of been the warehouses mix up, and it could of been. As nice as that was I turned it down because it would not help me much as I still need a bed both dogs can fit on and I feel $10 won’t help much. But I want to say this seller has be very nice and willing to help and has been fast to reply. I may purchase my next bed from them.UPDATE: after writing the review below I was contacted by the seller and they offer a replacement which I just received. I was very surprised that this happened as they we very kind and reasonable about my situation. The bed is great and both my dogs love it. I would recommend this seller and bed. Arrivato puntuale, quando è stato aperto aveva un’altezza di 2cm, nel giro di un paio d’ore ha raggiunto i 7cm, misura 106x71cm.Come da descrizione è presente un lato estivo e uno invernale, nelle foto scattate il cuscino è posizionato sul lato estivo.L’ho acquistato per inserirlo all’interno del kennel (della misura di 122x74cm) sostituendo così la copertina che usavo prima con questo cuscino molto più comodo.Il mio cane l’ha trovato super comodo fin dal primo istante e ci fa delle buone dormite.Sdraiandosi il cane tende a sprofondare dato che non è molto duro, quindi finché non ha problemi di salute va bene, altrimenti sarebbe meglio un cuscino con materiali specifici che lo possano sostenere.A volte nei momenti di forte eccitamento al mio cane parte lo stimolo di distruggere le cose, ma per ora con questo cuscino non gli è ancora venuto fortunatamente.Lo consiglio, comodo ed anche economico rispetto ad altri.
