Fun For Humans *and* Dogs (and probably cats, too)
Awesome ball! Rolls in a very spastic and tempting fashion all across the floor, regardless of whether the floor rolls slightly uphill or downhill; seems to respond to bumping into furniture and doesn’t get deterred by anything. At first, the dogs were unimpressed, but the second time it got away from me, they were all about it. From the human perspective, it’s almost meditative watching it roll around the room, and I have to admit if the dogs weren’t around, I might be tempted to turn it on and let it do it’s thing just because…

Fun Toy, One Note
I ordered this toy for our 10 month old Australian Shepherd, and here are my thoughts:- The toy is easy to use, pressing the button on the top to turn it off and on, and unscrewing the toy to access the charging port.- The size of the ball is perfect for our standard Aussie, and I would say for a larger dog, it might be a tad too small!- Unfortunately, while the toy has been fun for my pup, I found that it unscrews very quickly while in use. I found myself scrambling to grab it as it rolled back and forth, cap off. That knocked a star off for me as I feel like that is a serious defect, and could have been avoided.- Durability wise, it’s pretty tough, even with the cap coming off of it during use. With the cap coming off, I do see that being a bit of a safety issue though.- There is a little red laser in the ball that rolls around as the ball itself is moving. While it’s fun for our Aussie, I could see it being even more of a blast for a playful cat or brave kitten.- At $20.00, I think it’s a little steep of a price for a toy that can come apart so quickly. If there wasn’t that issue, I could certainly see it being worth that!

Ingenious idea, but not appropriate for large dogs or chewers.
So I love the idea behind this… A ball that keeps the dog entertained while you take a break. The execution is not great though. Firstly, the hard plastic material is not a great choice. My dog is an aggressive chewer, but he cracked it immediately. I feel like if I left him to his own devices and he continued to chew on it, it would shard apart in sharp pieces. It should be made of a durable rubber (like Kong material). Second, the power button should be inside the screw off cover or not as easily for the dog to just punch with a tooth or paw and accidentally turn it off. (Maybe require a long press to turn off.) Also would be nice if it was available in larger sizes. It could work fine for a small dog or cat that likes to chase it around, but can’t actually get the ball in its mouth.

Doesn’t match the description and not really designed for dogs
My dogs are not interested in this FURRY LOVE Wicked Ball Interactive Dog Toy at all. My cat is ever so slightly interested, but not much. The description claims that it has multiple modes, but it doesn’t. The button only turns it off or on. I let it run for 20 minutes, and it never switched into “passive mode,” it just ran the same way the whole time. The instructions don’t mention multiple modes either. So the product doesn’t match the description, and really doesn’t seem to be designed for dogs. It would be better if it had a soft or rubbery cover to protect the toy from dog teeth and protect all the surfaces that it will bump into. The fact that it is made of hard plastic means it is susceptible to breaking. Especially for the price, I do not recommend.

Well Made, Good for Less Aggressive Chewers, Great Independent Movement, Fun, Good Price
My dog, a smallish 3 year old male Golden Retriever who loves chasing and retrieving balls, absolutely LOVES this FURRY LOVE Wicked Interactive Self Moving Dog Ball! Its internal mechanism gives it the ability to move in many different and unpredictable ways, and even though it has a mostly smooth surface, the rubber “O-ring” between the two halves of its hemispheres give it enough grip and traction to scoot along at a rapid pace, even on slick wood floors, but also on our rugs. He has had other self-moving balls, but this one seems especially lifelike and almost seems to be under intelligent self control at times. My dog doesn’t get puzzled by much, but there are times when this ball does things which make my dog sit and observe it, as if to make sure it isn’t planning an attack. Once he’s satisfied, he keeps playing with it and his tail is wagging non-stop, so he is definitely having fun. He also likes the red light that spins just under the slightly translucent surface of the ball.The ball is made of slick, smooth PVC and the two hemispheres of the ball screw together and the recharge port is accessed by unscrewing the two halves and plugging it in. It charges quickly and has a long battery life. I have trained my dog, who at times, can be a very aggressive chewer, that he isn’t to bite down hard on this ball, as it would likely crack or break the plastic if he did, and he isn’t allowed to sit down and gnaw on it either. If you haven’t trained your dog to respect different toys in different ways, and your dog tends to be “destructive” or an aggressive chewer, this ball probably wouldn’t be a great choice and probably wouldn’t survive long…but if your dog can be trained to be a bit more careful with this ball, and limit their play with it to chasing and retrieving and not chewing on it, then this is a great choice and is a lot of fun for both me and my dog. It is an indoor ball, so I also wouldn’t allow my dog to play with this ball outside, as it needs a bit more supervision than an outside toy and it isn’t really rugged enough for outdoor play.My dog and I can absolutely recommend this FURRY LOVE Wicked Interactive Self Moving Dog Ball. It is a lot of fun for both of us and provides a slightly different method of play where he has to observe other rules for its use, and this is a great way to teach obedience and respect for different things. The price point for this ball is reasonable and we get a lot of enjoyment out of it for the money. My dog and I happily give it a Full 5 Stars!

Very entertaining for the dog and people!
I have two dogs that have used this a few times and one isn’t very interested and the other, the happiest dog I’ve ever met, reacts to this like it’s been calling him terrible names. He gets quite a bit of energy out pouncing and kicking.The only thing that I disliked is that it keeps moving when the dog picks it up. While it should be big enough for his size, I’d prefer it to be more fun on the floor to minimize the risk of choking.
